Apart from an email about re configuring passenger seating less than 24hrs before flying it was all good.
There were a lot (4 I think) of EasyJet flights leaving Agadir, we arrived two and a half ours before our flight. Very slow to get through the booking in, passport control and security!! We had booked in on line but had to Queue with others who had not to drop our bags off!,
We boarded and then sat on the tarmac for an hour….probably not E Jets fault. But the gentleman that checked us in and took our luggage was exceptionally friendly and calming for early morning/ confused passengers. As always, it’s the people that make or break an experience, right?
I was hesitant to book with a low cost airline due to previous experience but Easy Jet surpassed my expectations. I would definitely book a flight with them again! Seemless booking, upfront about baggage fees, professional, and helpful staff.
Kayak sent several notifications that the flight was late. This contradicted the information on the airport boards. This was extremely confusing and we very nearly missed the flight purely because we double checked with the info desk when the flight stays said’closed’. There plane had a technical pricken so we had to disembark, but the replacement aircraft was provided within one hour so there was not much delay.
Miserable staff did not want to be there. Very poor atmosphere boarding. Then just basic flight.
Flight details on public information screen were misleading and wrong.
We were diverted to warsaw and there was zero information. We were just forced to disembark and off we go good luck the reat of the way. We all had to go our ways to find a way home!!!! Horrible horrible and it cost us alot of money to get a hotel and trains 4:30 pm next day.

How terrible! Extremely bad! I can not even wait for 5 minutes, because the Berlin airport does not work in the security facilities and can handle people. No communication, although we were assured by about 50 travelers that the airline is informed and is waiting for us.
Blood contaminated tissue was stuffed to the back of the seat in front of us.
Great flight, departed only 10 mins behind schedule off the aircraft and through security in less than 15 minutes. Love flying from Cardiff so easy a quick from entrance to duty free in less than 10 minutes 😀

Big delay because of the weather but communication not so good. Boarding already late (due to tight schedule on Wizz side). When you get in you are hurried every second even if you still need a few seconds to arrange your bags. Food far away from how it looks in the catalogue and right on row 8 already out of chocolate although you are supposed to receive one for a menu. No replacement was offered.
The border control opens at 4:30 so there is no point in going in early as the wizz email suggests. Our flight utilized a plane with plastic seating which was really uncomfortable.
Check in took very long. All three priority agents left for lunch or something and the line did not move.

It is the worst ever airline. All employees I spoke with over the phone were pompous asses.
The gate information was never populated on the Delta app or the airport displays or the desk at the Delta lounge. We found at the last minute that we had to switch terminals and just made it to our flight. Even this we found accidentally by asking an employee at another gate. On board service was poor. Seats were very poor. All in all a poor experience. At best like a Premium Economy on other airlines

You idiots…ITA cancelled our flights one month out and we had to buy new tickets at a much higher price. You stiffed us by not refunding the cost of the insurance. I’ll never buy through Kayak again.
Premium Economy was average for class. Seat comfort was just okay. Crew was attentive. Checkin was fine and moved quickly. Boarding process in Rome was not well organized.
It was horrible the woman next to me was sick and I asked if they would change my seat and they said that they didn’t have any available. I sat next to this women for 9 hour and now I am sick .
We booked and purchase our seats in February for a September flight. We choose seats then also, did the online check in on the app the day before and all was fine. At the airline check in they charged our seats and we were not even sitting together after paying for business class seats. They separated us with no explanation and would not change them back. I was very upset. On the return flight, they tried to put us on standby! When again, we purchased seats in February for this flight. The plane was old and smaller and the business class seats were not comfortable like the flight from NYC. Flight attendants were hard to find once the first meal was served, luckily the flights were smooth.
Not boarding 60 minutes late. after getting bumped to this flight because ITA do not hold a flight for five minutes as the fight to the connection was 45 minutes late
American Airlines seemed to run a 'dry' flight. No alcohol was offered at any point with meals. Breakfast was a bit tasteless. The 'hot pocket' whatever that is, was horrid breadish pastry with very little filling. Decaf coffee was horrid. Seats didn't seem as wide or spacious as usual, especually for a ten hour flight.
We found the bag drop/ check-in proceedure at T5 unnecessarily complicated. We paid extra for seat selection in advance and were allocated worse seats at T5. We found the check-in person was not particularly helpful although the the staff at the gate were super good.
Very dated plane. Seat was firm and uncomfortable. Entertainment system almost laughably outdated. Poor audio. Picture was always too dark.
The worst travel experience of my life. Boarding chaos, delays and disorganisation at every stage. The worst of many was sitting in freezing temperatures for 10 hours whilst asking all cabin crew to turn the heat up to no avail.
The seats on the plane and at Heathrow Airport are so uncomfortable
BA have long since lost their way. They are a budget airline without the budget fares. Everything from booking to boarding to flying to arrival is just plain ordinary. I fly BA if the only alternative is Ryanair who are even worse. Otherwise we fly KLM or Lufthansa who are so much better.
They did not provide free WiFi, It could be purchased for, I think, around $25, This seemed excessive.

Ok we did get an upgrade and the flight was delayed 45 minutes BUT without any bias. The crew were excellent, friendly, efficient and verging on exuberant, they all were so happy to do their jobs. Food excellent and the new safety video is fun to watch.
