Overall flight was fantastic.i really enjoy the whole journey .
Little more legroom would have been nice. But it's a very short flight, so it was fine really.
Short flight, some waiting to board, but no issues and no frills.
No staff at the gate and the flights were not posted on the board so we missed our flight. Horrible experience. Be VERY careful flying Norwegian. Super limited ability to communicate with their slim staffing and restricted hours.
Tickets were cheap but it says no where that food was not included, I travel Austrian, Swiss and Turkish airlines all the time always food is included, never flew Norwegian again

Cons: "I have never got in almost 13 hours of flight and was not even offered glass of water or any food!!! Norwegian flights are not providing any beverages or food and when I asked they told me I should have added food options on my booking???? That’s the most unbelievably weirdest and inhuman flight I have ever took. Will definitely make sure not to do same mistake ever again!"
The flight got canceled and you just send an email in the middle of the night and no solution to how to get on the next flight or provide other solutions.
They were all bad because SAS was at fault and cost me my time. I will never fly SAS again.

Missed a connecting flight and SAS was at fault. I was awarded a $20 voucher in exchange for 8 hours of my time? Gfy.
Seat was lumpier than I’ve ever remembered it to be although comfortable when tilted back. I don’t recall being that hungry after being served food from SAS before. Flight attendant on the second flight to Aalborg seemed to be having a bad day.

We were sitting in SAS plus. Super friendly, service that went above and beyond on a Full Flight too! Meals were deliscious and trays were cleared promptly. Generous drinks offered throughout the flight. Would like to suggest better movies on offer to watch.... In all genres and maybe more cooking shows? There was only 1, Nadia's Everyday Baking... Thank you
The meal offered was fish. I am allergic to fish. When I told her, she just took the box of food back without offering me an alternative.... I had to ask... can I then have a bag of chips? She did give it to me. I am a Euro Bonus gold member. Please just take the time to offer something else. Easy and from a customer service point of view, .... Considerate.
It was ok. Vegan meal was good, however no complimentary alcoholic beverages.
The food service was absolutely rubbish. Very arrogant crew. Does Scandinavian airlines think everyone eats meat??? I paid for my flight but could not eat anything because I am vegetarian!!! I was hungry for 7 hours . I demand for refund! This is absolutely unacceptable!!!! If you want more customers keep an open mind!!! Cater to all meal needs. I have flown many airlines and I never make a special request online never! They always have vegetarian options. SAS has no idea of customer service. Shitty service
