Horrible. We arrived at 5:30 a.m. to check in our bags and go through security to fly out at 8:10 a.m. Upon waiting for 45 minutes in line to check our bags, we got to the counter and were told that we may not be able to be on the flight (it was not over sold but over weight?!). For whatever reason we were told to step aside and wait until one hour before departure and that someone would let us know if we’d have the privilege of getting on the flight we paid for. As an hour passed, we got back in line and hoped for good news. After getting back to a counter representative, the initial employee we spoke to abruptly interrupted the conversation and in a frustrated/annoyed tone demanded we go back to the area off to the side. I mean, I get that they’re inundated with passengers of all types and are under a lot of stress themselves, but getting reprimanded like a child to be put in time out for my blood boiling. How were we supposed to know anything when we weren’t given any details. As the clock ticked away, the time to depart was fast approaching when an Air Dolomiti informed us that we would not be able to fly. In fact, they would have to rebook us and find us alternatives. Long story short… we ended up being told our only option was to take a bus from Florence to Milan and a plane from Milan to Munich. Our trip, which should have been us arriving at 5:30 a.m. and landing in Munich at 9:30 a.m. turned into an ordeal of waiting… waiting… taking a near 4 hour bus… waiting… an hour flight… and landing in Munich (our original destination) at 10:30 p.m. Lastly, my BIGGEST COMPLAINT is that we were told that we’d receive a $500 euro compensation on the card that they supposedly scanned in front of me… which NEVER posted. If I can avoid it, I will never fly Air Dolomiti again. *Air StoleMyTimeAndMoney* *AirWeDontCare* *AirYouDontHaveAChoiceSoYouGetWhatYouGet*
It was a short flight so all amenities were appropriate for the length of the flight.
It was about what I expected for a short haul. We were given a biscuit and water. But the people were very committed to service!!! Pilots were top notch 👌

On board service was very good. Airport service in Frankfurt was chaotic.
The Verona airport is 70 years behind the times. Boarding takes forever. First, you line up at the gate, then you go outside and wait at a barrier, after a long while a bus comes and boarding it is random, then you arrive at the plane and climb quite a few steps to board, again in no particular order.
You lost my luggage. You delayed my flight 1 hour. We didn't arrive in time and missed events we scheduled because we had to sit in the airport for 2 hours to file a claim
very bad The bus does not have AC and the windows do not open either. Airplane seats are very hard, very uncomfortable.
The flight arrived within 15 minutes of schedule. We hate the cattle-like boarding process seen often in Europe. After your boarding pass is checked by the airline staff, you wait standing up in an area with no seating for several minutes.
Awful as usual the air stewardess loved her own voice and would not stop talking on coms for 2hrs please please please shut up I can’t hear my headphones and don’t want to buy juty free
Big delay on run way not much explanation why, missed a important meeting in Dublin, maybe if they did nt persist measuring everyone bag over 2 cm we would have got off on time.
ontime and super quick boarding and disembarking. I made it in 6 min from airplane through passport control to the train platformin Cologne. Amazingly quick airport.
The lady at the boarding gate was so rude. She was challenging people being in priority and looking them up and down as if they weren’t dressed for first class. This was Ryan air priority. We all sit in the same seats. She loudly called out to embarrass a man who she believed had cheated and got in the priority line. He had a valid priority ticket and even worked for Ryanair. Also challenging visas insisting people download them until they proved on the government website it wasn’t required to print. The Ryanair employee who was challenged said she is always like this. She also pulled people from regular boarding as they were fashionably dressed and upgraded them to priority and changed their seats. That was comical. I think she felt she should be working for Emirates first class, although they would t have stood for her rude behaviour
On time boarding, on time departure and early arrival. As it should be. Yes, the comfort and benefits are very poor, but therefore the ticket is 6 times cheaper than with a flag carrier. So I am not complaining about it. You get what you pay for.
Flight diverted to Warsaw and passengers offloaded onto coaches whilst the plane took off again and flew to Gdansk…

Seats are very small, I’m not a big person, but the person beside me was using his seat and half of mine… and this person was a bit gross but not a lot…

I like the service and the efficiency. I am lactose intolerant and the lactose intolerant meal in business class was not astounding. Also, the business class fully reclining seats are not that comfortable.
Food was great but they didn't clear my meal tray for 3 hours. You'd think they could check though the cabin now and then.
Upon arriving at IAH, it was informed that the luggage had not arrived. Still waiting to hear back when it will be delivered.
I wasn’t allowed to board with my children. I was charged outrageous costs for basic carry on size luggage. The entertainment screens were outdated and not user friendly.

Entertainment system is old. Food can be tastier Need to provide toothbrush and toothpaste at least when asked.
I pre-ordered my meal and did not receive it. The seats are very old, uncomfortable and dirty. The crew was excellent and made my stay on board comfortable and enjoyable.
No entertainment since it was a 3 hr flight. Good leg room for economy.
I don’t understand why a reputable airline like BA would delegate their London flights to AA. Makes no sense to me, as most domestic carriers do such a poor job these days. Terminal 3 at LHR is a total dump
We ordered kids meals - which were not kid friendly at all! (the breakfast that is - scrambled eggs on a bed of spinach and asparagus?)
Uncomfortable seats. Crazy seat assignments separating families when they could easily have put them together. Good communication from pilot about arrival time after delay in departure. Toilet ran out of water in sink. Snack box poor for flight of this length.
The bed in Club class was not very comfortable, everything else was good.

The flight attendants were EXTREMELY personable and appreciated the service, lights going off after dinner (probably the norm, but I haven’t flown evening overnight flights in a while). Thank you!
Great room between the seats, food was excellent, very comfortable overall and could have stayed on the plane even longer
I have noticed that the airlines, including this flight, pretend there is going to be turbulence, announce such, and say they can’t do beverage service. There is no turbulence and the seat belt light goes off 10 minutes before they ask for tray tables up and seat belts back on. They are just trying to spend less money and it’s quite transparent
Business class seats were very dated on my plane. Very little storage, charging ports were not easily accessible, tv screen kept flopping away. Vegetarian food was disappointing: hardly any protein and severely under-seasoned. Crew was lovely.
The food was ok, but not great. They delayed boarding in Portland and did not enforce group boarding. But the crew was excellent, went above and beyond.
