Overall flight was fantastic.i really enjoy the whole journey .

Little more legroom would have been nice. But it's a very short flight, so it was fine really.

Short flight, some waiting to board, but no issues and no frills.

No staff at the gate and the flights were not posted on the board so we missed our flight. Horrible experience. Be VERY careful flying Norwegian. Super limited ability to communicate with their slim staffing and restricted hours.

Tickets were cheap but it says no where that food was not included, I travel Austrian, Swiss and Turkish airlines all the time always food is included, never flew Norwegian again

Pros: "Nothing, except I got to my destination safely"
Cons: "Everything. They don’t ever offer you WATER in a 10 hour flight!! Check in crew rude. Attends dismissive to rude."

Very unfriendly approach to me when you rescheduled my return flight due to your delay. No help to address my health concerns because I am diabetics and had orthopedic problems. No clear explanation where to clear customs. I had poor customer service

The seats were really cramped. The high backs on the chairs made you feel claustrophobic.

Maybe more diverse entertainment. Although the inflight cameras were amazing 10/10

I was pleasantly surprised as it was my first time flying with them. The seats were comfortable with more legroom than usual. The service was great too! The entertainment was good but could use a few more new movies.

Nothing special or negative. Pretty typical flight…no freebies in the way of food etcetera, but none were expected.

Missed a connecting flight and SAS was at fault. I was awarded a $20 voucher in exchange for 8 hours of my time? Gfy.

I experienced trouble with the automatic bag check in. When I scanned the baggage tag I received, things were fine as the conveyor belt moved forward then abruptly stopped! My luggage traveled about 4 feet and I had to reach over a barrier to retrieve it. I went to another scanner position and when I scanned the SAS baggage tag, the screen told me it could not continue!! I went to another scanner position agent who had me put it on the conveyor belt by her & somehow sent it down the belt. I flew from Bergen to Oslo with a two 2️⃣ hour layover before connecting to LHR. My bag was NOT on the flight. I had no clothes for the next day when I flew to Boston. I filed a Lost Bag report and waiting for updates.

All flights were on time! The crew was nice and polite Thank you. Food was awful. They give you terrible pasta or rice dish and make you pay for chicken if you’d like meat. When I asked for water with my tea, they told me, I’d have to pay 3 euros for water. Restrooms were filthy half way through the flight.

We were sitting in SAS plus. Super friendly, service that went above and beyond on a Full Flight too! Meals were deliscious and trays were cleared promptly. Generous drinks offered throughout the flight. Would like to suggest better movies on offer to watch.... In all genres and maybe more cooking shows? There was only 1, Nadia's Everyday Baking... Thank you

compared to other business class journeys, the hard product is okay..but the service of the staff is underwhelming. They are very senior and seems only to care for the colleagues they upgraded to biz and to themselves , I was not offered food before after 1 1/2 -2 hours, and the menu had one dish and the food was not that. And i could not get the breakfast.. just coffee and a croissant. i have type 1 diabetes .. luckily i had my own food. was low in sugar after sleeping and woke up 55 minutes before landing .. not able to get food anymore !! so bad business experience!
