Very good flight and crew Food was a surprise on a short flight
Biggest issue was that they only had two restrooms in the back of the aircraft. Too many people for only two restrooms. The trash was overflowing and there was paper on the floor too. Long lines in the isle to use it. Food was also a bit meh. They don’t offer snacks with drinks, so you might want to buy a snack to hold you off on a longer trip, since the meals are very small.
It was first time fling in copa airline. In general I am satisfied except bag size. I got a email from copa with 17-10-6 for carry on bag. In airport the check in show 22-14-10 . However that mistake means $100,00 in over cost.
Not being in the back row and having to pay for a better seat
On the trip to Rosario, we raw dogged it for 7 hours. No wifi, no charging outlets, Gilbert girls on every third row monitor with no audio. It was better on the return flight—at least we had screens and earplugs.

I would enjoy a glass of wine on such a long flight.
Boarding groups were called up in Spanish only. Luckily I know some of the language. They gave out grilled cheese sandwiches and a cup of fruit. I was very disappointed. I could only eat the cup of fruit because the only other option was vanilla pudding. The entertainment system and seating were great though.
Everything was smooth and crew was very polite and friendly.

Flight was on time Crew was not. very friendly I paid for premium class and It wasn’t too much different from coach
The flight was great, and I have never ridden in first class previously so I don't have any practical knowledge of the norm. The flight out to DFW was delayed and I sat in economy which was as expected, not nearly as spoiled as I was in first class which had more general room but that is par for the course. I have no complaints and will wait until I fly American again before I can make a valid improvement. I will fly American again in the future.
Even though there was space, they made me check out my luggage. It was very annoying. That’s the reason I bring a carry on so that I don’t have to check out my luggage!!!!
RE Food: Wish there was a choice for No Rating. Flew from Honolulu to Los Angeles on a Red-Eye flight (11:00 pm to 7:30 am). Other than a package of cookies with a beverage choice offered soon after take-off, and a beverage choice shortly before landing, no other food choices were offered. Everyone slept or rested for most of the trip. Nothing to rate. RE Entertainment: Everyone was sleeping most of the flight. Only saw one passenger watch about 30 minutes of entertainment on his iPad. I never attempted to access any entertainment options.
Service not nearly as good as Qatar airways flights used to be on service from PHL to DOH.
No choice of meal in first class. Was the worst meal I’ve ever had in first class.
Terrible service three hour flight and they gave us a cookie… no TVs or screens you gotta watch from your personal device. The little flaps that hold your phone and stuff for storage or broken terrible experience
Easy trip, left on time. Very impressed. Great pilot who talked to us
There was an hour delay and not much communication as to why there was a delay. Otherwise the flight was fine.
