The staff were very friendly and helpful. The seats were very comfortable and spacious. The entertainment was amazing, and so was the food!

The flight experience was good, but connection time was cut shorted because of delayed start.. it would have been helpful if the flight showed which gate/terminal we need to go for connecting flight and flight timing was less than 30 minutes to connect which made ourselves stressful to catch next flight 😔

On the DXB to IAD flight, missed the snack between the meals again...

The food was pretty good and the crew were excellent. It would have been excellent all round but for screaming children. Six hours at least of a 10 hr flight. Mostly 1 child clearly on the spectrum and probably ADHD but I really felt for the parents and grandparents who were obviously struggling and doing the best they could under the circumstances. No reflection on the airline of course and we all need to be more tolerant with these challenges . Slept for 15 hrs when I got home.

The boarding experience was worst ever. Single aerobridge used for boarding and deboarding which led to lot of chaos. Food options were not great. First flight delayed by more than 3 hours which led to missing of the next flight we were stuck at Dubai airport by more than 6 hours

I am vegan. The food was balanced, tasty and enough. I enjoyed the ride. The crew was very friendly and went out of their way to please the passengers.

Everything was good up until getting off the plane. Riyadh simply cannot handle an A380. Exiting the plane on a remote stand was extremely slow and frustrating, then waiting for buses for transport back to the terminal is another disaster. Give me the 777 any day.

Superb check in, lounge, boarding and flight experience. On time departure and before time arrival. Couldn’t have asked for more

Vegetarian food was unpalatable! Definitely need to look into this. The crew were prompt and helpful and the flight as one would want was uneventful. It was a comfortable flight, with new aircraft more legroom and seating space. Would recommend travel with Emirates to others as well.

Boarding was a disaster being moved by Air France by bus to the plane. The plane should have been at the right gate.

They lost my lauggage and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. NO ONE IS HELPING! PLEASE HELP FIND MY LOST LAUGGAGE

A disaster. Air France is a real joke. They overcharge us customers for absolutely nothing. Service was very poor, food was mediocre, entertainment non existent, etc. We paid thousands of dollars for our business class tickets and then we were told in Paris we could not access its lounge. Really Air France ? Congratulations on irritating your customers to the sky high level and ensuring we will do everything in our power to discourage others to travel with you.

At check-in at Guarulhos Airport, I was coerced to pay EUROS 100 for each of my two teenage kids travelling on economy premium on the same flight (total charge of EUROS 200) to AIR FRANCE on the rational that they were on a different class and therefore they would require additional care from the flight crew. My wife and I would be (and actually flew) only a few meters from our kids on business class in the same flight. Air France took EUROS 200 from me in exchange for absolutely nothing. My kids are seasoned travelers and independent, and in any event, they were not given any special or any other assistance or attention by Air France flight crew as result or in connection with the fee charged from me at any given time during the flight to Paris - so ABSOLUTELY NO SERVICE WAS PERFORMED AND THE FEE WAS SIMPLY ANOTHER WAY OF “MILKING “ EXTRA EUROS 200 FROM ME. Worse, Air France made us wait for everyone to deplane in Paris to let us deplane - after an Air France Paris representative ridiculously confirmed that our kids were our kids, with our kids at that time already by our side seating in business class. We almost lost our connection to Malta as a result. Such a scheme from Air France is outrageous – especially because it penalizes its customers flying in business class or in first class. I would have imagined that Air France would have wanted to attract clients to fly its premium classes – not to charge cheap EURO 100 fees and to keep them waiting to deplane with their families after 12 hours flights at their destination. You won’t see us any time soon Air France and best of luck with your strategy !

I paid 3 this and dollars for two tickets. No food, minimum drink, confused service and very uncomfortable sear. There was zero difference between busy ness and tourist class. I received a pathetic apology

Good. Food items are ok but not really healthy (no protein for the vegetarian option, just a total of 2 gr total) so not fulfilling. Also, no airline is educating passengers to behave and have common sense: let the one sitting by the window pass first, leave toilets clean after use, etc. Humanity is just getting rude and more disgusting by the day and without education or enforced common sense no

No birding was given for next trip on same carrier, food was very moderate.

Boarding from Accra was chaotic and disorganized. Otherwise, it was a good flight with good food and customer service

Amazing, great airlines to go in business class. Hospitality is amazing. Food is great and lounge in Istanbul is at another level.

The only thing that I think could be better is the baggage storage, it wasn't exactly ordered, but all in great conditions

On this route the plane was also late and I almost missed a connecting flight to Tashkent. Moreover, my bag did not arrive with the same plane and only on the next flight from Istanbul. I was supposed to travel further from Tashkent to Astana and Saudi Arabia and if I didn't collect my bag in Tashkent I would have missed the next flights because I couldn't travel without my bag and all valuables inside it.

Boarding was chaotic. The agent was so rude and yelled at me for standing in the lane according to my number instead of cutting across to get to him. So rude. Also asking to gate-check luggage was lengthy and chaotic. Not a good boarding experience.

It was ok. This flight was for my 80 year old grandparents and when they arrived to Beirut no wheelchair (as requested) was waiting for them. My grandpa had to pick up his own luggage, he got soooo tired. No one to help him as we submitted the request ahead of time

Food was bad crew a bit nicer than other flights seats uncomfortable too

I did not like that they failed to put my luggage on my connecting flight to Athens. I was promised it would be located and delivered within 2 days but later told there was no information on its location. This caused me to have unplanned for expenses because I then had to purchase new clothing to wear on my vacation. I did not receive my luggage until my return flight home. I will not be traveling with them again.

Absolutely the most awful experience in the history of service from gate agents to baggage handlers. Never will i use kayak or Lufthansa again. Ever.

No internet, very narrow seats insufficient room for three passengers with encroachment.

Lufthansa has outsourced their ground crew to a company in Bengaluru. This company is really not dedicated to customer service. Very disappointed as this does not reflect Lufthansa’s service that I remember from before.

The flight was delayed more than 1.5 hours. Phone calls to united did not satisfy our need to get to Chicago to met family for fight to europe. I was told the flight was booked thru luftansa and united could not make adjustments. When call luftansa they were unaware of the significant delay on the united flight out of mci. They would not authorize a flight change. We went to the airport, as if we would be flying as scheduled, United checked us in, as if our flight would leave as scheduled. We took our bag to be checked to the baggage drop and the agent their confirmed our flight was significantly delayed. She worked for 30 min to get us on another flight. We ended up flying to Denver then to Munich. The rest of the family that flew to Chicago for our meet up and flight to Europe ended up flying to Munich alone. We meet up in Munich for our last leg to luxembourg. In luxembourg we learned on bag was scheduled on our delayed flight. The flight was canceled and we did not receive the bag in lux. We filed a lost back claim. Now 3 days later we STILL do not have the bag. It is apparently in luxembourg and they maybe tried to deliver, however the names on the door of the air b&b do not match the name on the baggage claim so the French speaking delivery person called no one could understand him so he took the bag and left. My brother, traveling with me under a different reservation , has been without essentials for 3 days. One or all of us has stayed "home" each day waiting on the bag. Today was my turn. Delivery window was 10:30 to 2:30. No attempt to knock or ring bell. After the hang up call, my brother called me and told me to check the door. There was nothing there. No sign of attempted delivery, no delivery man, nothing. Being unable to change clothes and having family members take turns waiting on a bag that never comes has ruined this family vacation. full flight, could use more room....leg room fine seats tight

Other than problems with checking in and uploading passport info everything was great. It would be nice to be able to manually input passport info. Often while traveling the bandwidth has problems uploading pictures

Give at least coffee or juice as it is an international flight.

Is a terrible airline. The seats are tiny, staff are lazy and rude. Everything is a mission for them and they always take forever. Check in and passport control is enough to turn you off Mauritius all together. Let alone the airline. Mauritius is gorgeous and a must visit if you could avoid the airport and Air Mauritius.

The crew were great as usual. The flight was rescheduled two hours later but delayed by more than an hours to load cargo. The was upsetting because I missed scheduled meetings in Johannesburg.

Though the food was very good ,I think the portions were too big. It was hard to manage everything on that small table. And you really don't feel like eating too much on a long flight. Just a suggestion and it would save you some money too.
