Everything was great but the food portions and quality was awful
The service on board was excellent, the flight wasn’t overbooked and we departed and arrived on time.
Ticket price is competitive, flight time is punctual, aircraft cabin is clean, food is average. Can improve on serving system of meals on a A380 airbus. I had only 15 min to eat my meal. There are lots of people to serve & took a while for food to make it down to my row.
Flight was pathetic, felt like a old plane was modified and brought in service. Didnt like the aircraft at all. Crew and services were good.but aircraft totally dissappointment.
Amazing and great experience, crew was available and took great care of my parents. Food was nice and so was the service. Aircraft from Dubai to Mumbai was not so great and was a big showdown of the aircraft service
Nothing, all that I know is that I will never travel with Emirates again Qatar is were I belong. You guys should send someone over to experience what true acomadation is, Emirates has the worst food that I ever eat on any airline ,even jetblue has better food and snacks that curry Indian garbage you guys serve just make people sick.
Worst flight I ever had I payed for special seats with underpriced which I never recieved. I will like you to make sure that I am refunded my 134.00 dollars that I paid for the seats that I never received. I am looking forward for Kayak to look into this issue with underpriced because they took my money and never booked the seats for me with the airline.

More organised boarding process. It was a circus. Otherwise absolutely top class flight
One of the worst flights I took in My life, delays after delays, then the AC is not working and we were living in a sauna,& we were sweating like pigs. and this even before take off. Next we arrived late one hour late, baggage claims worse than the delay itself add to that one more hour to get our luggage. I am extremely disappointed and my experience is I’m never going to fly on Emirates airline. Immigration was the only good thing about this trip. It took us seven minutes to go through to the luggage claims.
