Crew members were helpful and responsive. However, the toilet in the only main cabin bathroom didn’t work properly.
Could have re-booked me at check in knowing that I was going to miss my interline connection

Damaged my luggage. Insisted to check in my small luggage now it’s scratched and dented.
SeaTac was a mess first class check-in not clearly identified Temporary signage needed since only one door into Alaska check-in area directed you to coach baggage check.
Boarding was done really poorly. I understand the flight was late but even when the plane arrived they just stood around and didn't streamline the boarding process.
The lateness of the pilots was incredibly disruptive, and we still didn’t take Off very quickly after they arrive

I never received a full itinerary of my round trip. I only received the outgoing flight on Sun Country to Baltimore. Throughout my stay in the Baltimore area I kept checking for the information on my return trip to Portland, I didn't receive it in timely manner, so I booked another flight. I received the return flight information on the Alaska flight booked via your sight upon returning to my home in Oregon. The cost of my ticket on Price line was $247.27. The flight attendants are very friendly and courteous. Excellent service.
We arrived early and finally made it to our gate almost an hour after.
The flight was delayed so the people from a late connecting flight was able to still make the connection.
The flying experience was great. The flight was on time with no boarding issues during a peak travel period. The short cut baggage drop and process was not smooth and efficient at Dulles.

This was a 5 hour flight with no entertainment and with a snack being provided (pretzels and fruit bar), which are both high in carbs and sugar. Nuts would have been a better choice.
Connection coordination with Star Alliance partner could be better. Lots of check in setup was not interlinked between operators.
Everything was perfect except the pad at the top of the seat back. It pushes my head forward in a very uncomfortable position and it is not removable.
Good plane, crew, and flight. Boarding was a bit chaotic. Bathrooms were unacceptable. United DESPERATELY needs a new terminal at IAD.
