I sat in the club. The seeds were fantastic. The meal was great and Entertainment was good. The crew was fantastic. I recommend it to everybody.
The food was small portions and not fresh. I was seated at the back of the plane so by the time the cart approached me most of the food options were sold out. The cabin crew was fantastic however.
Great flight and crew. Food isn't free and neither are headphones...
We were in economy class but paid for option Plus which offer you an extra snack after take off, free earplugs & blanket. The crew were very attentive. The comfort however wasn’t great, hard to be comfortable in such restraint place. Wasn’t able to sleep through out the 7hrs flight and was exhausted upon arrival.
The flights were on time and the crew was friendly and helpful. The food was ok. The seats were quite cramped and if the seat in front was tipped back there was very very little room. The entertainment was only on your own device and there was no usb charging
Boarding and staff were excellent. The food was ok. Very cramped seating. No existent entertainment other than on iPhone over wifi with poor choices of movie or shows. Bring your own entertainment. Nowhere to charge your phone
Delay was not properly communicated. Service, plane, value of ticker were all great.
Excellent service and food in the Club Class. Warmly recommend. Much better than AC.
My new suitcase got busted when I arrived at Toronto , two of the wheels are broken and can no longer be used , I am very disappointed over this situation but the flight and service was awesome .
From what I saw there was no entertainment. Similar to my flight to London, I personally would like the attendants to be more interactive during the flight.
Flight was fine, food much better than anticipated, and flight attendants were helpful and friendly!
Our headphone plug in was broken, especially we are with 5 years old who like to watch a movie
Free food and drink! Got a late start due to mechanical problems w a luggage loader.
App totally screwed me up trying to check in. Would not let me select a reasonable seat and therefore I was stuck in a totally uncomfortable seat for 7 hours. Will not take the chance again and use other airlines in future where no issue choosing seats
Although it was an overnight flight, the crew could’ve have made more refreshment passes.
All and it was good . But no one woke me when meals came around . Please have a don’t not disturb sign if you opted for that . Left very hungry missing all meals .
Not being stuck in the middle seat between strangers but that’s not the airlines fault
On board was excellent—a remarkable positive change. Check in was horrifying. Forced to check in branded cabin baggage approved bags weighing 10 and 12 kgs each, because desk insisted these were not fit for overhead lockers. Got charged £160 for two bags. Behaviour of staff was hostile, motivated and rude. Wonder if BA pays commissions on collection, or borrows staff from Airport operator. Basle evidently is an airport used by budget airline— and customers are treated like consumers.
Staff and crew where very nice and friendly. Just need to improve the timming om the meal and beverages.
I am 70 with carry on bag. Was told to go down two flights of stairs the had to climb stairs at rear of plane. Skywalk to front of plane was not offered. I was in row 26
