Air Canada first class was a very good experience, it was my first time flying first class . A friend of mine that was with me in the flight paid for my tickets otherwise I would not , if I could afford I would fly first class ! 💪💪💪 I flew many times in air Canada economy class and is also good , I travel to Argentina couple of times a year . Thank you !

All good, but plane outdated, seat uncomfortable, food that we had was 4 out of 10. Crew was great!

We have to wait long time at airport. Plane left from 8 pm to 1:35 am.Long time waiting

My oroginal flight was delayed several times. Finally the flight was cancelled. I had to spend additional money and book another flight with Porter at another airport Fort Lauderdale International Airport or I would miss the event I had in Toronto. I did not board the rescheduled flight which was after my event.

There was nothing wrong with the handling of the flight MUC - YYZ - the crew, from the cockpit down, just did there job, nothing more! What a sharp contrast to the crew, from the gate to the flight itself on the flight YYZ-SJO- you could tell, they liked their job and it showed - nothing extraordinary - the just created a pleasant atmosphere

Earphones provided or sound quality of entertainment isn’t great. Next time I would bring my own.

The staff could have been friendlier. And Having the flight on time would have been much more convenient.

Lack of crew staffs to handle emergency medical situations that ending no meal served and only hot water and bag of pretzels served for business class!

Excellent We were very empress with this Airline as once our flight was canceled, they immediately rebooked our flight and provided accommodations for hotels….Thank you!

My experience with Air Canada has been horrendous. My first flight was delayed 6 hours causing me to miss my connecting flight thus extending my stay at the next airport for 15 hours because it made me miss my connecting flight. They also added another flight to my trip adding more time to it. Overal my flight duration which should have been 15-16 hours to return home has been increased to 33+ hours and the only thing I was given was a 10 dollar food voucher. Talk about a spit in the face. Air Canada is Probabaly the worst airline I have ever been on. I hope no one ever experience this. I am still waiting to get home and another one of my flight is delayed. I am here fearing that I might miss my other connecting flight that they added to my trip and thus adding more time to my trip.
