Flight delayed going to Korea. No free WiFi. Other than that everything else is were good. I would love to fly with Korea airline again
Just a typical domestic poor flight nothing more. There is no food choices in such a flight. Crew doesn't really care if you are on-board or not
My second flight wasn't better than the first one. And this is 14 hours trip, crew came out only to offer food and the choices was poor. This food choices are good for Asian people but not for westerners. The breakfast kind thing was a corn sausage really disgusting. The air-conditioned blower really blow high and cold, turn out on my arrival to feel seek, that makes the trip uncomfortable. The crew didn't not really come out during the trip to offer drinks or snacks. No fruits available. Very poor service
long flights are difficult but the crew and amenities made it a very good experience
Always have great flight experience on Korean Air. Glad to have been able to book this on Kayak/Under Pricer this year!!
I loved everything, I was just a little confused on my bag allowance. When I checked in it said I was allowed 2 check in bags, but when I got there they said I was only allowed 1 so I had to pay an additional 200 dollars! Other then that everything was great! I would love to use your Airlines again when I fly out to Manila again in late May, however I want to be able to have 2 bags included this time lol 😆
The food is always good and that flight was particularly good.
I took several flights that day, this was the only flight that was absolutely freezing!! It was so cold.
They changed aircrafts and they moved my seats that were already prepaid. I did not get the seats I paid for, so I got expensive seats that I didn't want
Good. Obviously there is a slightly condescending attitude of all American workers towards their customers but other than that all good.

The flight attendants were excellent as usual however the meal wasn’t the usual good quality. There is cooked rice was mushy.
It's a domestic flight, but still the JAL quality shone through. The crew were polite and helpful and even prepared little gifts / souvenirs for the children on the flight, and everyone got a simple drink. The free wifi for entertainment on the personal device was also a great boon, and the shows surprisingly decent. Would recommend.

Was in premium economy. It is slightly better than economy, but the way the seat reclines actually makes it harder to sit (the seat slides forward and the foot rest comes up - you can lie fairly well reclined but you’ll have to sit cross legged because there is no place for your legs to stretch out. Food is basic economy. Service was great. All in all good, but may make more sense to pay more for business or save a bit and just sit in economy.
Seats in "Premium Economy" were noticeably more comfortable than those in "Economy" and worth the price. My only reservation is that the foot rest did not go higher up. If it did, it would have made the seat much more comfortable.
Attentiveness by crew was very good. The seats were uncomfortable seemingly too hard with inefficient cushioning. This was verified with my traveling companions. Also the incline button was inoperable.
Courteous and helpful employees. Comfortable seats and temperature of aircraft . Did not need squid in my salad but glad to have the menu information advising me of what it was
They woke us up 2.5 hours before the flight was over? Why? If I'm on a long haul flight I want to sleep as much as possible. Also, didn't mention the mattress pads in business class so missed out on using those. The western meal of truffle, salmon pasta was the awful. Had a different fish dish on JAL that was great but that pasta was a mish-mash of too many random things that didn't make sense plus dry fish. Staff was friendly and helpful.
I loved Ryuichi Sakamoto's OPUS in the movie choice.
