Cons:I hate that United doesn’t let you get a boarding pass early if you don’t pay for for a bag. Hell, even Frontier lets you check in early. There was no one at the ticket counter till an hour before check in so I had to wait around outside security till I could get a boarding pass. It’s bullshit

Cons:United, along with American, is a horrible carrier, and the next time it files for bankruptcy, needed to be allowed to remain our of business. The employees don't care about service at all, it's no longer part of their culture.

Pros:The crew was cool! No problems whatsoever, didn’t know what was leaking on me! And the flight was horrible with Turbulence! I was scared at every moment and the landed was ok! I have had better flights!
Cons:I’m not sure at this point! Probably just Mother Nature!
