Check if the plane you are flying out on has had the inbound prior flight delayed. Because: My flight AC157 shoed as “On Time” departure on the Air Canada and FlightAware web sites…. Yet FlightAware showed my incomming-prior plane as almost 4-hours late. I called air canada and they couldn’t do anything other than admit that seemed strange. Three hours later I got a message that my flight was in fact delayed because of the prior late departure . I had gone to thye airport early because I knew there would be a problem and got one of the pnly 4 remaining seats on the earlier flight

Don’t if you are connecting to the US. There is no trusted traveller /Nexus security line and at US immigration only one working Nexus machine

Don't take the late flights, you could get screwed over if your flight is moved.

It was amazing although they did bump us up to the front which gave us more leg room and a meal. The service was great! The staff were friendly. :)

Overall very good... staff were friendly and helpful. boarding was good for the most part, but a little hard to get our carry-on bags on there.... I think people should be directed to keep their coats and small bags with them until all the carry-ons are loaded, and then, if there is space, they can put their small bags and coats up top.. makes it much easier to put baggage up. i loved the internet feature, but the entertainment was not there unless you have your own Netflix or similar platform. My chair did not recline, which was very annoying, and the arms won't go up near the isle, which makes it tough to get in and out of the seat.

Staff were excellant. Only snacks served. Some turbulence so we were offered Free beer or wine.

The staff is always great. Just the fact that our flight was the only one delayed from Halifax when all other carries were still flying. It happen a year ago out of Toronto as well. All others were flying but our flight got cancelled 1 hr before the time of departure.

The only issue had when i mentioned about comfort was the man beside me was on the larger side and took about 1/3 of my seat where i was pressed against the wall/window of the plane for the trip.

The check-in staff, boarding staff, and flight crew were all very friendly. Really miss the Porter lounge in Ottawa.

Thanks for giving a beer to everyone in the seat infront of me and then telling me that I can’t have one because they are going to land. I guess I need to pay for a seat and then pick one in the very front of the plane

The flight was delayed by more than one hour. The terminal was consequently overcrowded and hot. We lost our car reservation and hit rush hour traffic in Boston, which added two hours stuck in traffic to our trip.

Awesome, the whole way through. Thank you, this is the new Canadian Airline benchmark.

We were given a complimentary seat upgrade which was so unexpected but so lovely!

Our flight was delayed for almost 2 hours resulting in a rush to connect to our next flight

Good. Would be better if the carry on baggage was free.

Flight cancelled and Kayak switched our return flight to a red eye. Ridiculous.

Limited water service in a 6 hour flight offered at the very beginning and end of the flight.

They delayed flight because lack of staff then missed connection. Never flying with kayak or weather

WestJet claims that tickets purchased through a 3rd party (such as you kayak) they cannot make sure they mention the luggage situation. We purchased tickets that wouldn’t allowed any carry on. WHAT!? So ridiculous. We bought them and there was not one single place mentioning that. Then on our departure the WstJet attendant was a super nasty rude person. Very unprofessional, unpleasant. She should be reprimanded and given some sort of training but I believe that won’t change her nasty disposition. On our return was great, the front desk gentleman was really professional, friendly and helpful. He offered us to pay $18 usd each for our carry on backpacks as they were small (instead of $90 each at the departure, she could have mentioned but decided not to do so. Didn’t print my boarding pass with my full name as in the passport and made the flight delay because the crew needed to correct it).

Scrooge airlines spoiled my last chance at Christmas with my 95 and 92 year old folks. and rest of the family in Calgary. Ticket personnel would not let me on without a passport and I always visit Canada with my enhanced driver;s License when I travel from the US

Flight was delayed due to mechanical issues to the point that I missed my connection and had to wait for 6 hrs in Calgary... thankfully I wasn't in a rush or that would have been annoying

It was an awesome experience flying with Westjet. This was my first domestic flight experience in Canada.

The additional charge for the WiFi was not worth it. Streaming a football game was a joke as it continued to lag will be requesting a refund

During the pre-departure safety briefing, the flight attendants rushed through the mandatory safety announcements in both official languages, making it difficult for passengers to clearly understand the instructions. Given the importance of these messages for passenger safety, this lack of clarity was concerning. Perhaps use a recoded message to alleviate this concern. Additionally, the flight attendants appeared to lack the professional attentiveness typically expected during a flight. Rather than focusing on timely and courteous service, they seemed more engaged in personal conversations than in addressing the needs of passengers. I hope this feedback is taken constructively and helps in maintaining the high standards of professionalism and care that travelers expect from a national carrier: AC.

It was what it was. The crew were very supportive of my wife's inability to sit for long (without severe pain). I say the food was excellent because we bought sushi at Bento, pre flite. We did not complete the final leg (YVR to YYJ) as we were able to catch the last ferry to Swartz Bay. Thanks to Air Canada ( crew and network ) for the connections to/from SJO.

it was great only downfall was that the tvs weren't working but the rest was great specially the wifi

Unable to serve coffee on flight which I understand but inconvenient.

thee is no screen on these flights, smaller storage cabins scuffed my carry on, it was ok overall

The Entertainment system was nearly useless because videos kept stopping then jumping over segments at random but closely spaced intervals. About 75% of the plane gave up trying to watch and then the gaps and jumps became shorter, It was terrible and made it hard to know what was happening since it was not a normal buffering pause where you still get the cont6en t. Instead the video would pause then jump ahead missing short segments and dialog entirely! The economy class seats on all flights have less and less legroom. I’m tall and the upgraded seats are no better for the leg room, not worth it. I flew from Toronto to Calgary….The staff at YYZ was awesome and kind. My flight’s (prior) incoming plane from Liberia had been delayed over 3 hours and the attendant quickly and kindly transferred me to the earlier flight that got me in hours earlier. Such a great staff!! Every staff member on the plane was very-very Canadian/Kind . Great job and attitude you folks! The plane itself was new and in great condition, except the issue with the video streaming.

Short delay to Regina from Toronto. No in flight entertainment, but crew were professional in their duties

I did not like ANYTHING about Discover....see my previous comments regarding our trip. I will do everything possible never to fly with Discover again!!!

Terrible. They boarded us and then we sat at the gate for 2.5 hours. Our flight overall was delayed 6 hours.

Amazing!! They had lots of entertainment with movies, shows, games, and music. I did not feel bored on the flight at all :)

Leg room was terrible and seats very narrow. Flight was also delayed.

The worst airline experience that I ever had in my life. The fare was cheap but boy do you pay for it when it comes to baggages, carry-ons, food on board and lack of available staff at check-in. Almost every other passenger on my flight had the same complaints and experience. We all bonded discussing our displeasure. My husband and I will definitely not be traveling with Flair Airlines. We'll take anyone else.

The most uncomfortable plane I ever fly on. The seats won't even recline a little. For a 5 hrs flight at night and tired it felt like torture

Seats in 1 res are dispersed all over the plane, even child was across

Personally, I will not use this fight again. The service is poor, you have to buy even water. They don't provide anything even sneak, you have to buy. They said Personally items for 7 kg. Then they use some measurements, if you have 7kg and if it's not getting inside of their measurements, you have to pay 80$ this is robbery. I will prefer other flight then this. I am désappointement taking this airplane.

It’s a shameful company. It ask as to go to counter to take the boarding pass, they simply send it by email, just to check the bags’ size in a smaller than normal template. DONT USE FLAIR! It will be more expensive than normal airlines at the end.

flight was okay, no wifi, no free drinks but worst of all they lost my son's bike for four days. Customer service was nonexistent - call a number that leaves you on perpetual hold, there's no baggage folks in the baggage claims area (in vancouver). we went up to international and nobody was at ticketing, went to domestic and they had us fill out a form. they could not tell us where the bag was. Anyway, highly recommend you drop an airtag for anything that's worth more than $500. My son's bike costs a lot more than that to replace; I was on pins and needles for four days.

The crew of this flight, specially the flight attendant in the front were the sweetest I’ve had in all my life, I genuinely hope they get a race or sum cuz of their efforts. It was just quite unsettling that the flight took so long to departure. It was supposed to leave at 10:35pm and we ended up taking off at 11:22pm…👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

It’s bare bones but was on time so can’t complain.

Of all the countries I've flown to and airlines from around the world, I have never had such a dismissive an arrogant employee during boarding. After waiting in line for 20 minutes to board, I was sent to a second line for Passport verification. Natalie from Flair, repeatedly tried to scan my passport which didn't work for some reason but was too lazy to input my information manually. Bar code scanners aren't 100% reliable as we all know. She asked me my birthdate 3 times, made me wait to be the last person aboard and then smugly threatened me that my only bag could be charged for (same backpack I used as on my arrival as carry on). Natalie working in Ft. Lauderdale and the was the epitome of lobotomized tiktok brain with the charm of junk mail.
