Find cheap flights from San Pedro Sula to San Salvador

Late departure. When the flight arrived in Medellin the plane sat at the gate for 20 minutes waiting for a bus for us to get off the plane.

There isn't much space in-between seats and even water needs to be paid for during the flight.

We were not aware carry-on bags cost extra until we arrived at the airport so, we were charged $240.00 for two small carry- on bags! There was a substantial fee for drinks and snacks. No wifi, or other entertainment was available. Waiting areas were crowded and uncomfortable.

So so, you feel like you have to pay for everything each time

They charged me $120 to check one bag and then charged me another $120 for a carryon. Ridiculous!

Horrible. I have been trying to speak to a representative to know why I was over charged but I get redirected to AI Vianca everytime with no results. Is there an agency that oversees airline gouging? I will never fly or recommend Avianca to anyone not that you care.

Felt very cramped in the back of plane. There was an hour delay for take off sitting on the runway, but we did arrive on time. They charge $120 for carry on bag and backpack at the airport its ridiculous.
