Bring your own food with you. Airport and airline food is expensive and you WILL need something to eat on such a long flight.

The New York arrival terminal is not the best. Maybe that’s getting corrected with construction. It’s not a big deal though, particularly on the leg where you’re into new york (vs out of).

Check a bag. The boarding is horrible with this large packed flight.

I like airlines that have options for seating, even if I have to pay for it. I would never had chosen to sit in exit seat where I couldn't recline or even sleep bc the headrest didn't work.
Verified travelerFlew with United AirlinesSFO-EWRDec 2023
Don’t be gate lice. Standing in walkways leaving a narrow thruway for those trying to get to other gates is antisocial and should be embarrassing for the offenders. Making travel more arduous for others is a faux pas not you winning a zero sum game.

They lock the bathrooms too soon before landing! My bladder was bursting for over an hour. Then the plane had to sit on the taxiway for 1 hour. People started rushing to the bathroom. Creating a dangerous situation.

The flight was delayed over two and a half hours thus causing me to miss my best friend’s funeral. All because the flight crew had to get more rest. That was the reason stated. I understand however very unfortunate. Glad everyone is well rested and resting in peace.

All good except both the outbound and return flights were delayed about 1 1/2 hrs.

Not great. My flight was canceled due to a mechanical problem and I could not get rebooked for the same day. I needed to get to my destination yesterday, not today. I was able to book with another airline but it was a layover and ultimately a 1 hour flight took me 12 hours. Normally I like Alaska much more than Southwest, but Southwest came through with a not terrible price for same day.

The plane was late arriving. The Alaska people did a great job of turning it around quickly and getting us off. We took off about 35 minutes after it reached the gate.

I liked the flight attendant named Tyler. He was charismatic and genuine. I like the pilot in my second flight, he was considerate to everyone’s feelings. I liked the people I sat beside. I like the plane size. I like Alaska airlines

Flight delay was inconvenient and exhausting getting in at 1 am. However the crew and lounge was very comfortable.

No complaints. Great service. A first class entry lane at boarding wouldn’t hurt.

I appreciate the priority for safety. I did not enjoy how the delays were handled.

Delayed take-off. Very small plane so very scary with lots of bumps during the flight. Would never fly Delta on short flights in small 80 seaters plane again! Felt relieved when landed.

The plane was old with small storage areas that had problems closing/latching and not enough storage for everyone, and worn, damaged seats. Service was great but feel a little unsafe on such well used planes.

Great staff. Wifi is terrible. Signing up for skylines is a painstaking process. Had to call customer service just to get my flight itinerary and confirmation sent to me. Consistent delays. A well staffed company that is run so poorly. Upper management needs to be renewed.

Thank you for not flipping the plane on the run way. You guys get a 5 star rating for the flight!!!

Boarding is, as it always is… horrible. Gate lice. Slow moving zones. Too many people with carry ons

I sat in comfort plus. It was fine. Seats were comfortable. I got drinks and snacks.

Good and consistent Printer in lounge did not work for me :(

Flight heavily delayed. No food available despite purchasing an upgrade. No in cabin service.

It was not in Delta's control, but when we landed, we ended up parking at the wrong gate, and so everyone was already ready to deplane and had their carryon bags, ready to leave. But we had to sit down and move to the proper gate. This process took over 30 minutes. Again, not Delta's fault - more so on the staff at JFK

New boarding doesn't make sense. Filling front first is slow.
