At the aiport I asked the Vietjet customer service, if it is written in Vietnamese way, it will be wrong when she travel abroad ? The custom service could not answer. It took over an hour where my wife was thrown like a ball between the check-in counter, to the Vietjet customer service , then to passport control. The cost is 110,000 vnd for change place in vietnamese way, I thought if there are millions of passengers who have done the same mistake, how much money Vietjet raked in every year On the flight, it is not allowed to sit in the empty seats in front or next to me, I sat in the middle in a row where two big men were sitting, I really need to change seats but the crew asked to pay extra to buy the empty seats. It is petty and cruel of Vietjet. There is no other choice than the state-owned airline, then you have no choice but to swallow the bite

Our flight was delayed for about 3hours however the ground crew made it sure that we will not miss our connecting flight from Hanoi to incheon.
