Any flight from Orlando has more kids than normal. For a more conformable flight, avoid the obnoxious families with kids. They are inconsiderate of others on board. I have my own kids and they were annoyed with certain loud families. Please be respectful of those around you and set good examples if traveling with kids.

For MCO arrive with plenty of time to make it through the TSA checkpoint. Stewart / Newburgh is a great smaller airport to fly in or out of.

Recommend doing your check-in online to avoid the long lines at the security screening. The is a separate line for pre-check-ins.

Despite some hit or miss experiences previously with Southwest, I think it is still the best or at least one of the best airlines in the US. Hassle free all around, comfortable aircraft, decent entertainment through the app, free messaging and probably more importantly enough space for big carry ons, included checked luggage, flexibility.

Flying from Orlando to Toronto - if it is during a busy time like US thanksgiving, Christmas or spring break you NEED TO BE AT MCO 3 hours prior to boarding to make it through check in and security.

Arrive 3-4 hours early if you have a flight leaving between 4-5am. TSA lines were very long and people were rushing to catch their flights. The trams to the terminal get crowded very quickly.

Flight took off an hour late. Had to stay on the tarmac for half an hour after landing. Both annoying.

We had an unfortunate experience where we had to leave the aircraft after boarding, shortly before the scheduled takeoff time, and re-board. The reason given was that a passenger felt ill and had to cancel their plans and therefor their luggage had to be found and removed.

We’ve used VA before many times the experience is always been good they have lovely staff and the food is always delicious.

Everything about the flight was amazing from check in to boarding entertainment was okay food we didn’t try.

Seats were old and dirty, for a long haul flight you expect to be able to recline and for the av to work properly. Choice for vegans was fruit….

The Virgin Atlantic crew was very good. However, the equipment was OK, the seats were OK, but her bags did not arrive with me. Two bags showed up a day later and I’m still waiting for my third back.

The crew was very good. However, the equipment was a bit dated. Some of the electronics were not working. To top it, three bags didn’t arrive with me. Two of them were delivered a day later. I’m still waiting for the third bag, I was so looking forward to this virgin Atlantic flight, but, I am disappointed.

My only complaint is that the pocket in front of me was ripped and my things, like iPad and airline magazines, kept slipping to the floor.

Flight delayed yet again. Crew apathetic and unhelpful re affect on connecting flight.

I think Virgin is one of the best flying experiences, especially from/to the UK. The staff are so helpful and fun, the food is good, seats comfortable, goof entertainment and great value. Check in and boarding is pretty pain free. I also find that the other passengers are generally so kind and considerate than when I've flown other airlines.

My Aer Lingus flight (booking ref # 2SU4LF) was the worst travel experience I have ever dealt with. My flight from Paris to Dublin was delayed by over 2 hours which caused me to miss my connecting flight back to the US. I was not able to be rebooked on a new flight for another 3 days. When I finally made it on my rescheduled flight, it was delayed AGAIN, causing me to miss my connecting flight from New York to Boston. At this point I decided to just rent a car since the next flight I would have been able to get in wasn’t for another 5 hours. It was a complete nightmare experience and I will never fly Aer Lingus again. I have requested a refund from the booking company I placed my order with.

There was a very drunk and disruptive passenger who was on the plane, right behind me. He was already drunk before boarding but was still let on the plane. He kept kicking and hitting the back of my chair the entire flight. It was an early morning flight and had zero rest on that leg

Really lovely trip and flight. The flight staff were so accommodating and warm throughout!

Friendly crew who apologised and explained reason for delay. Good on board service. Rather cramped seating. Late departure.

Both flights late. Almost missed connecting flight and flight staff not willing to help expedite us off the plane.

during a very rough flight, I was forced to sit in a last row seat, fell asleep, and was forced to return to my assigned seat after the turbulence. The stewardess then used that seat to sleep.

I didn’t realize Aer Lingus was a “nickel and dime” kind of airline where you had to separately buy all the amenities you wanted. The push to purchase duty-free beauty products was off-putting. And our row had the least amount of leg room I’ve ever dealt with on a flight.

We couldn't talk to aer lingus we had issues with the flight change and aer lingus made us talk to kayak

Very pleasant staff, there was some turbulence but the captain was very apologetic and gave notice where possible.

Amenity kits were never handed out. There was zero friendliness and assistance by crew. Food was uneatable. One drink was offered and no wine, with dinner or before or after. Cocktails and beverages were not encouraged and when I asked for water, none was given. Poorest, most cramped business class flight I’ve ever been on.

I was not expecting having to pay for headphones, water and basic food in a 9 hours flight. Price for this flight was as high as any other, still I had to pay 4 lbs for a can of sprite. On top of that flight attendance gave a bothered look when I asked her for some ice for my soda. She reluctantly when to get it, brought me literally 3 cubes and walked away without looking at me to avoid another request. I couldn’t believe it. She was soooo rude. I will never book on Norse again and I will let everyone I know about this. Unforgivable, very bad customer service.

Great crew. Customer support is pretty much non existent. I had 2 tickets that were not used, the flight was overbooked. I think I should have been reimbursed for the unused tickets.

The movies were super old. The crew did not offer WATER???? 5 hours os flight and did not get WATER? Norse is the worst company I ever used and never will use again.

Why call us to board if we’re going to be made to stand in the tunnel for 20 minutes. Really hard for people with little children. Plus it took me ages to check in because my seat in Premium was overbooked so I didn’t actually have a seat. I did end up receiving my seat in Premium but there was a lot of stress and confusion beforehand. Hope is it possible to overbook seats? Especially in Premium!

We flew one way from Gatwick, London to JFK NY For 2 people $1200 and no food offered not even water. You had to buy food. Norse advertises as a low fare transatlantic airline, they may want rethink that. Crew, flight was fine. Ironically we flew American from JFK to Heathrow for $1000 (2people) and included food and drinks.

Longest check in line I have ever seen- brutal and airline personnel hustled me about the size of my bag even though I showed them that it measured exactly to the measurements posted on their site. Just super annoying- I get it - it’s a budget airline and you get what you pay for. Most of the flight were young people who seemed to have never experienced international travel. It’s worth paying for a seat otherwise you will be uncomfortable.

We flew premium on the way TO London but went back to economy for this flight. The differences I note here may be colored by changing service. The crew was professional and polite but cold on this flight and class of service. They seemed to want to have as little to do with us as possible, beyond providing the basic services in economy. The aircraft was still good though, and the pitch was about as tight as expected - manageable but no extra personal space to spare. Overall I would certainly fly Norse Atlantic again, given the opportunity.

The crew really made the difference. Some of the friendliest cabin crew I have ever encountered- they seemed genuinely happy to be there, and took pride in their airline and aircraft. The Dreamliner was quieter than legacy aircraft and while meals weren’t to our preference, they were at least something to keep us going!

I loved the ability to upgrade my seat which was worth it. The large seat and ability to recline made it comfortable to fall asleep. My only two complaints were entertainment (movie selections were old) and approx 30 mins before landing the crew started to collect the blankets despite the cabin air temperature remaining cold. Maybe wait for passengers to get off the plane before collecting the blankets.

Excellent! Although it stinks to pay extra for leg room and then have no screen option.

Better service, stop treating people like cattle, have REAL FOOD for the price of the ticket. YOU ARE IN BANKRUPTCY, WAKE UP!!! ... DO BETTER, PLAN BETTER, GIVE COMFORT AND CARE TO PASSENGERS ... EARN RESPECT AND ADMIRATION, YOU'LL BE REWARDED BY THE PUBLIC.

The check-in process at Spirit was horrible. There was no one directing the hundreds of people trying to check-in and drop bags at Spirit. We got in multiple lines and were later told it wasn’t a line. The check-in process needs to be improved. The flight and crew were great.

I’ve now flown Spirit a few times and while the general perception of Spirit I feel is poor, I’ve had a great experience each time. They do charge extra for everything but you should know that going in

Very mean staff. No entertainment.. No WiFi, a baby cried for over 3 hours no staff offer to assist. My son $500 computer screen got damaged under the plane due to force check in of my bag. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Nothing I liked. Seats uncomfortable child behind kicking my seat entire flight. Delayed. Couldn't get free glass of water

The boarding was quick and orderly, but the seating is tight and not in a good way.

Absolutely the MOST uncomfortable seat I've EVER had on ANY airline. It should be a criminal act (cruel & unusual punishment). NEVER AGAIN will I travel your airline.

Average, boarding was ok, the eye scanner broken mid way through boarding they ahd to do it manually. Did not eat any food, Not even water was offered for free.

Smooth enough, delay-free and safe. All went as expected,

Not acceptable having both flights delayed and not real reason for .. plus paid for luggage and getting my bag ripped out .. very disappointed.

After waiting several minutes to be acknowledged by 3 employees on their phones, was told we had missed our flight because the doors were closed at that literal moment. Had they given any actual service or help while we were standing there we would have been on with time to spare. More than 10 people were turned away in this fashion claiming there was no way they could let us on the plane, even though it was still sitting connected to the terminal. After the desk agents let us know they didn't care about the situation we were forced to pay more than twice the price of our original tickets as no credits were given for the price of the "missed" flight. And the icing on the cake was after being treated poorly, fleeced for another few hundred dollars for new tickets? We waited on the next plane for 25 minutes passed the "doors closed" time, letting almost an extra dozen passengers on board. You're company has lazy, disinterested employees and your lack of any real help will ensure this was the first and last time we fly Frontier. Awful.

The seats were extremely hard and uncomfortable. It was disappointing even for a budget airline.

Charging $74 for one checked bag is outrageous. I will never fly Frontier again.

Frontier notifying me earlier of flight delay of over 2 hours.

One crew member was rude about our bags. Be nice about it. We don’t fly a lot. And the fact that you have to pay for a carry on is ridiculous

At check in they don’t let you be with the person you are traveling with unless you pay $40 per seat . Really bad policy they have

The trip was unremarkable which is good. Crew was very professional and courteous.

Online check-in was not user-friendly. Too many fees, not cost effective.

FRONTIER SUCKS! The agent downstairs tricked me into booking, just to get to the gate. At the gate, they told me they couldn't help. I then called Customer Service. They and the gate attendants kept blaming each other. Neither side was willing to help the customer.

Good for the price. My only complaint is that the pilot should keep the air flowing while passengers are waiting to getting out of airplane.
