Everything! Not sure if there's really anything that could make it any better
Very quick trip from Southampton to Edinburgh Arrival a long way from baggage and up 3flights of stairs no lifts or escalators
Flights were on time, boarding was straight forward. Very good attentive staf
Delays on both journeys - only found out before geting to the airport as had created trip within Kayak.
Late again to leave and late to arrive. Seats are too hard.
Despite delay due to weather ,flight was a pleasure and in particular the staff who worked their tails off because of the delay
Jet2 fab as always. Despite the shambolic airport process to get us to the plane (nothing to do with Jet2) and the time that set us back, all the crew were superb in getting us on our way once boarded.
Everything from check in to the flight was great. Helpful staff. Immaculate planes. There is nothing I would change
Staff were excellent but space wasn’t the best, seats were cramped and windows had no blinds.
There is nothing I can think.of that jet2 need to improve They offer a great package. Very efficient
They are organised and customer service is so good from arriving at the airport until finally landing at your destination. The experience is a million times better than travel with Ryanair.
All was good but they should bring back seat pockets. It’s difficult trying to travel with small children and keep having to get stuff out of flight bag and then have nowhere to put it!
Seats too small. Really uncomfortable if neighbour is fat or simply selfish and invades your space.
We were diverted to warsaw and there was zero information. We were just forced to disembark and off we go good luck the reat of the way. We all had to go our ways to find a way home!!!! Horrible horrible and it cost us alot of money to get a hotel and trains 4:30 pm next day.
all fine - did not have food - there was no entertainment
On time was excellent, not serving any water and deliberate seatings apart is deplorable.
Long delay was made worse by lack of information and long time in queue waiting for the plane to arrive
Blood contaminated tissue was stuffed to the back of the seat in front of us.
Great flight, departed only 10 mins behind schedule off the aircraft and through security in less than 15 minutes. Love flying from Cardiff so easy a quick from entrance to duty free in less than 10 minutes 😀
My flight was delayed 1 hour. My Mood was not great
Lord knows why they had us start boarding when the plane wasn't even there, staff weren't welcoming and the couple next to me travelling with a young child had a nightmare with the baby changing facilities.
This time round it was very good, flight delayed by 30mins but capitan put his toe to the floor and made some time up!!
Boarding at Birmingham was appalling, made to stand in a corridor which claims to be a gate for an hour, despite knowing full well the flight was delayed….. the crew were fantastic and you have to feel sorry for them dealing with the delay caused three fold, inbound delay, damage to front baggage hold door and finally a further ATC delay. On board experience was good and crew friendly and helpful.
Flight delayed a bit. Boarding by seat row number in two parts. Flight attendants weren’t greeting boarders, they were talking to each other. In the outward journey much the same yesterday and that was a different crew to a different airport. I do get the feeling on Blue Island Flights that they have no interest in even allowing passengers to use the toilet . The flights are short but in fact they keep the seatbelt sign on for the duration.
Basic economy flight, random seating unless you pay extra, no refreshments, friendly and attentive crew, slightly late boarding and taking off. 40 minutes max all in
As someone who has limited mobility it was appreciated that the staff took particular care to ensure that my needs were catered for with priority boarding and assistance both on and off the plane.
Cons: "Delayed for 2 hours due to “fleet issues”, no food or water on board due to “weight restrictions”"
