The dear was very limited in space. I could put my water bottle in seat basket. Also, there was no inflight entertainment in the delta app?

Customer service at the gate in the flight was exceptional. On time. Aircraft and seat was decent. Thanks Delta. 💗

The WiFi has been awful on my last few Delta Air Lines flights.

Only one side of the heafphone jack work. Crew was friendly and helpful.

It was reported to the passengers that Delta failed to schedule the crew properly. This error caused the pilot to show up about 30 minutes late. All in all Delta's inability to take care of this basic function resulted in about an hour delay.

Loyal Delta traveler, but last nights flight was a train wreck. Seated in 1B after multiple delays. Then we couldn’t takeoff because of an issue with the passenger that was ‘not in compliance’ and had to deplane along with the threat if they did not deplane, all the passengers would be required to do so. Finally they were escorted off, but the experience threw off the crew. Disruptive for everyone. Service was a mess, televisions didn’t work, bathroom door kept swinging open during the entire flight whenever empty …

Older plane and it came with Fleas and flea bites!

All good on Delta's part. Passengers could be a little more courteous to each other.

The fight was about 2 1/2 hours delayed, but that was weather related. The flight was also overbooked. But we were in Comfort plus so the flight was fine for us.

Awful. Flight was continuously getting delayed and gates kept changing without any reason. Flight was delayed for more then 3 hours

Communication with the customer and stay is important. Staff off with a minor inconvenience but it worked out of course. Also this was a very old Mint Class plane. They snuck this one in on us. The updated aircraft are much better.

The flight itself was fine, but the boarding process was extremely frustrating. There is no one scanning boarding passes - passengers just scan themselves and enter the jetway. By the time my husband and I got on the plane and were halfway to our seats they determined there were too many bags on the plane and everything at that point needed to be checked. This created a lot of unnecessary chaos. They should have alerted people before getting on the plane that they would need to start checking bags instead of waiting until people were already on the plane.

The best flight I’ve had in a while. The plane was like 25% capacity, if that. Smoothest boarding and deplaning process I’ve ever experienced. Wish all flights were this smooth.

Traveling with JetBlue from NYC was convenient as accessing JFK airport was straightforward via the LIRR to the AirTrain. Maneuvering through the terminal was hassle-free, which was a pleasant start to the journey. However, the flight experience itself left much to be desired. The seating arrangement was notably uncomfortable; despite securing a window seat, space felt cramped. This was exacerbated by the middle seat passenger encroaching on my area, which made the flight less enjoyable. Additionally, while the in-flight entertainment system initially seemed like a reprieve, the sound outlet on my seat was inoperable. This issue turned what could have been a manageable three-hour flight into a rather tedious ordeal, as I was unable to use the entertainment system effectively. While JetBlue provided a smooth process in terms of airport logistics, the on-board experience highlighted areas in need of improvement, particularly in terms of comfort and entertainment system maintenance.

The flight crew that we had in our section may have been tired or something. I asked the flight attendant about my son’s screen not working and she spoke down to me like I was stupid. He still had no working screen throughout his flight. The other members had no personality and seemed like they were annoyed when you asked them for something. Definitely took a hit for simple things on my JB experience.

Over 2 hour delay for a 50-minute flight is unacceptable, especially in normal weather. Very poor communication via app

Som delays but overall we almost made it on the original time.

They announced at the last minute that international travelers had to checkin at counter. This created a long line and unnecessary stress.

They put me on a chair in between two men, one overweight who was almost falling on top of me, and the other was even uncomfortable because I was half falling because of what the other was pushing me. I stayed with. my feet were swollen from fluid retention and from being unable to accommodate myself. it was very uncomfortable. I asked for help but they told me that the flight was full and they couldn't help me. I got off the plane almost unable to walk due to the inflammation. and then at FLL airport I asked for help because I couldn't go to my next flight, which was a connection.

The flight was excellent. The crew was welcoming and attentive.

The flight was delayed over an hour and we had to sit on the plane. Crew does not apologize due to the delay. Spirit will NEVER do anything to give a customer a better experience. A child next to me was kicking me the whole time. I don't ever enjoy flying with Spirit.

Average, boarding was ok, the eye scanner broken mid way through boarding they ahd to do it manually. Did not eat any food, Not even water was offered for free.

I upgraded my ticket at the ticket counter and was not informed of the huge bottleneck at TSA pre check. It took me over an hour to get through the line at this small airport and although I ran to the gate and reached it prior to scheduled departure, it had already pushed pack. I missed the flight. Spirit rebooked me on a flight to Orlando that evening, which would require me to then rent a car and drive to FLL. For scheduling reasons, I determined it be would better to rent a car in Pensacola and drive it to my destination in FLL. Spirit called me that evening and asked me if I was going to board the plane. I explained no, for scheduling reasons. The person apologized and said I would receive a refund, but I have not heard back. Certainly, I ought to be refunded the upgrade I paid for at the counter.

Everything was excellent and as expected. The boarding process was great but deboarding was a bit slow. No fault of the crew; it just seemed like the passengers didn’t want to leave! 😂

It just baffled me that spirit boarding process that I was charged 2 check in fees for a person bag and carry on. I ended up lugging 3 kids under 10 with 2 bags and to find out at the boarding area that I could not get on the plane due to my lack of reading the baggage policy. I understand if that was the case but the agent also failed to understand one item was in fact a personal item such as laptop bag and charge me as if it was a carry on not personal item. And knowing it’s a horrible storm and last flight in the destination of travel. I could have very easily handed the items to my relative to keep but I didn’t learned about this enforced policy until I was about to board.

I’m not a fan of Spirit Airlines from a not-so-good experience the last time & I swore I would not fly this airline again- bc they charge for EVERYTHING. I only flew Spirit this time bc it wasn’t my choice. I decided to use a “Mystery Ticket” bc of the great price, not knowing it would choose this airline! I found out on this trip how they pick a random seat with a “sticker” for a prize-are we in first grade? just doesn’t seem right & now the first 3 or 4 rows get special treatment-we all paid for our tickets, not just them.

This was the best spirit airlines fight I have ever had. I take spirit up to 3 or more times a year and I am ready to be the Jared of spirit. 🤪 Best flight ever. Everyone was great. I hope my return flight is the same. When you're traveling with a 9 month old you need a different type of care and accommodation. I didn't ask the staff for anything but I didn't have any added stress.

Horrible airline with terrible customer service! I was at the Atlanta airport going to Ft Lauderdale. They delayed the takeoff time several times. We finally boarded & taxied away from the gate where they had us sit in a hot airplane for an hour & a half before cancelling the flight due to weather. They did not even offer us water. They took us back to a totally different gate where they said agents would be available to help. Instead, they dumped us out & left us to fend for ourselves. We had to go out of security to go pick up our checked luggage & wait in a long line at the ticket desk where only one agent was working & by the time we got to the front of the line over an hour later, all the flights were full for the rest of the day & only limited seat availability for the next day. If you were one of the lucky few that was able to reschedule the same day flying to the same or a different airport, you had to go back through security & ride the train to get back to the correct date which took over an hour more. A total waste of time. I will never fly Spirit Airlines again!!

Very bad flight was delayed. After they boarded us kept us in plane four 4 hours because they didn’t have fuel. Very unprofessional. Plane and bathrooms were very dirty. AC was blowing very cold. After everything went very bad because od them they rebooked connection flight next day more than 12 hours. Didn’t provide hotel voucher. Never going to fly this airline

Spirit cancel my flight. Many times happen in my travels.
