Free wifi was available, but only some time, being at least 30 minutes into the flight. it would have been better that an announcement had been made about the delay.

Awkward carry on process. Forced to check all carry on. No overhead space of worthiness. Left delayed, but made up the time. Crew was amicable.

Everything was great. Boarding, early departure, early arrival, and deplaning were smooth. Smooth flight.

Crew was late. Baggage was late. 2hs inside the plane waiting fro de-icing and traffic. A 3:30hs flight ended up being almost 6hs inside the airplane.

Didnt realize i had bought a seat that couldnt recline. Not horrible as it was very short flight.

Typically, I am always impressed with American personnel. These you run into the rude old hags that are still around. I can tell over my 40 years of flying with them, they have made strides in improving their attitudes.

The flight left a bit late, but arrived close to time expected…With the flight being close to full the crew did well serving drinks to all in a very timely fashion. The flight was a pleasure…

The flight encountered a delay exceeding 4 hours. The food voucher issued was valued at $12, insufficient to cover our meal expenses. Consequently, I was unable to take my medication, leading to a drop in blood sugar levels and exacerbating my anxiety.

The luggage was completely damaged. It was ripped at the corner and the lock was stuck. We had to rip it open.
