The flight was so FULL That I had to keep BOTH my carry on AND my personal items ON my lap while I was sitting there for 10 hours Because the airline put ALL the other stuff into MY overhead cabin Most uncomfortable 10 hours of any flight I

It was my first experience in business class. It was everything I expected and more. Service was impeccable, food was delicious and I felt rested once I arrived to London

Entertainment was good. Food was mediocre. Service was mediocre. New plane was smooth

Zero legroom or space in economy. Flight was delayed into Munich causing a missed connecting flight and other missed bookings. :(

Very good flight, only problem is the boarding process where some peoples do not have manners and do not how to fly ( preparing your documents, oversized carry-ons, not understanding or feigning to not understand directives).

Everything went well with our flight. I would like to be able to see my connecting flight gate on the flight . We had a short connection time we were nervous and they changed the gate we arrived at. They told us where we were entering and it required a shuttle ride and a map of München airport would have been good on the flight .

They separated me from my kids We were checked in to fly from Vienna to Frankfurt and Washington DC final destination but separated my wife and kids sent them to Barcelona instead then Washington DC They end up traveling for 26 hours Horrible experience Never Austrian Airlines/Lufthansa again!

It was horrible!! The plane was old and outdated. The AC was not adjustable and got me and my daughter sick because we couldn’t redirect it away from us. Absolutely no leg space. The food was garbage. Horrific experience! Shame on Lufthansa to use such trash airplanes.

It was disappointing that I could not sit next to my wife but I was not allowed to pick my seat
