First time flying with any airline that has decent seating. Great experience crew was friendly and the pilot was as well.
Even though we checked in, checked bags, and went through security, I was told at the gate that I hadn’t checked in. I was pulled aside and had to verify my identity yet again. Otherwise, the flight was fine.
Didn’t like anything. Alaska boarding process takes too long and is poorly managed. Flight crew unorganized and too lax not very professional. I fly very frequently (weekly) and this as the worst overall trip I have ever taken.
Very nice staff, plane was delayed-they gave some snacks about 30 min after delay due to mechanical issues (which I appreciate them checking the plane)
Due to an aircraft maintenance issue we switched planes but the catering/food didn't make iot on the new plane. On the way home the in-flight entertainment/wifi was not available. Throughout these difficulties the staff and crew were fantastic to deal with!
The flight was canceled so i booked another flight with Delta, so essentially there was absolutely nothing that i enjoyed about my experience with this flight
Nothing! I just didn't eat or use entertainment. I had three seats all to myself and it was wonderful!!!!
My flight was delayed. But it was during holidays so you kind of expect things like that to happen. I am not a frequently flyer so I am OK with that. But none the less, once the flight started, it seemed to me like it went fast. 😊
The app is very bugy, did not work well. Other than that it was ok.
The flight was delayed an hour and it was not disclosed to the passengers until it was time to board. There was no in-flight WiFI available and such poor communication overall. Unfortunate that I was going to miss my connecting flight with poor communication on alternatives.
The worst part was I was NOT allowed in the lounge even though I was holding a first class ticket and have a premium American Express card. I have flown Business or First Class with many airlines. Delta is the ONLY one who does not extend this courtesy to anyone except people who hold the very expensive American Express card. As a result, I won’t fly Delta if I have any other choice.
Thank you for not flipping the plane on the run way. You guys get a 5 star rating for the flight!!!
Flight left early and arrived early. the whole trip was excellent.
Overall, it was okay. Seat was a little cramped. Would’ve liked more substantial snacks or opportunity to buy some.
Inexpensive, got an exit row aisle aeat with no middle passenger, bought a great breakfast sandwich, flight comfortable & arrived ahead of schedule.
It was terrible, if they ran flights on time it would make a big difference.
Delta seems to be improving in many areas, except they are super bad with the food available. Bring back normal food service on long flights.
Delta was great the entertainment was outdated. Screen was very small and didn’t work.
The seats are uncomfortable, feels like a small seat pad on plywood.
My husband is very tall and we generally fly Delta Comfort. We used our companion benefit, and our seats were coach and extremely uncomfortable........ horrid even
