Seats were alarming close to the row in front of you. I didn’t do the measurements online, which I’m sure they’re available, but it seemed much tighter than other planes, but the airplane itself was well maintained and looked fairly new. My only complaint on the staff was that we’re on an international flight. Normally they give you wine with dinner and the flight attendant decided to pull some strict restrictions and wouldn’t give more than one glass of wine per person, and you could not share with your spouse, which seemed ridiculous when we have four people on the plane with us and only one person ordered wine asked for a second one and she said oh absolutely not. It’s only one per person Which on a transcontinental usually is not the case. They’re very attentive on making sure everyone is as comfortable as possible.

Boarding seemed a bit chaotic and we had to walk outside across the tarmac. Passengers of all ages had to drag carry on luggage up the outside stairway into the aircraft. There was no WiFi. Very uncomfortable crammed seats. Glad in-air time was only an hour!

Booked through Kayak, couldnt take flight, Kayak punted to Orbiz, Orbiz punted to Aer Lingus, Aer Lingus said sorry about your luck, try Kayak/Orbiz. Terrible customer service collecting air fares and not even offering a voucher when customers cant take flight

There was no flight. I booked a flight from Toronto to Bordeaux with a stopover in Dublin. I arrived in Dublin and the flight number I had didn't exist and the flight going to Bordeaux I wasn't on. I had to book a new flight with a different airline for later in the day and pay out of pocket.

Gate agents kind of serious. Had to wait til arriving at gate to choose seats. Thankfully they did give us seats together! And grateful the honored our age, giving us seats at the front.

Very polite and helpful staff. Jet blue…ok, but not as helpful!..

This flight was delayed and caused me to miss my connecting flight from New York to Boston. I had to rent a car and drive myself home to avoid waiting another 5 hours in the airport.

My Aer Lingus flight (booking ref # 2SU4LF) was the worst travel experience I have ever dealt with. My flight from Paris to Dublin was delayed by over 2 hours which caused me to miss my connecting flight back to the US. I was not able to be rebooked on a new flight for another 3 days. When I finally made it on my rescheduled flight, it was delayed AGAIN, causing me to miss my connecting flight from New York to Boston. At this point I decided to just rent a car since the next flight I would have been able to get in wasn’t for another 5 hours. It was a complete nightmare experience and I will never fly Aer Lingus again. I have requested a refund from the booking company I placed my order with.

Flight was cancelled. There were no Aer Lingus reps to help. I had to rebook my flight and find a hotel. Still had nothing from the airline.

They couldn't do through check-in for us. They took 2 hours to issue just one leg of the boarding pass. They had no idea to handle the case of passengers who travels to USA via Dublin airport. we had tough time time Dublin airport as boarding pass for the US flight was not pre-issued. Hope Aer Lingus will learn to handle such cases which they couldn't learn in in the past 50 years of the service.

We were charged a ridiculous amount for a name spelling error on ticket which I would’ve corrected if I received pre-check info more than 1/2hr before flight. Then we were told at ticket counter that our bags were fine for boarding but then we’re charged another ridiculous amount to take in our luggage despite being told differently. Flight itself was great. Charges were unfair.

Apart from an email about re configuring passenger seating less than 24hrs before flying it was all good.

There were a lot (4 I think) of EasyJet flights leaving Agadir, we arrived two and a half ours before our flight. Very slow to get through the booking in, passport control and security!! We had booked in on line but had to Queue with others who had not to drop our bags off!,

We boarded and then sat on the tarmac for an hour….probably not E Jets fault. But the gentleman that checked us in and took our luggage was exceptionally friendly and calming for early morning/ confused passengers. As always, it’s the people that make or break an experience, right?

I was hesitant to book with a low cost airline due to previous experience but Easy Jet surpassed my expectations. I would definitely book a flight with them again! Seemless booking, upfront about baggage fees, professional, and helpful staff.

Kayak sent several notifications that the flight was late. This contradicted the information on the airport boards. This was extremely confusing and we very nearly missed the flight purely because we double checked with the info desk when the flight stays said’closed’. Kayak notifications are therefore unreliable and pointlesa

Usual issues with flight delay. Perennial problem of travel by plane.

i didnt go this was a hacker booked this flight on my debit card !

Delayed almost 2 hours sitting on plane. No updates at all from flight deck and virtually no updates from cabin crew

Long delay resulted in my being unable to catch a train home and resulted in an additional £76 cost for an Uber

Awful as usual the air stewardess loved her own voice and would not stop talking on coms for 2hrs please please please shut up I can’t hear my headphones and don’t want to buy juty free

Big delay on run way not much explanation why, missed a important meeting in Dublin, maybe if they did nt persist measuring everyone bag over 2 cm we would have got off on time.

ontime and super quick boarding and disembarking. I made it in 6 min from airplane through passport control to the train platformin Cologne. Amazingly quick airport.

The lady at the boarding gate was so rude. She was challenging people being in priority and looking them up and down as if they weren’t dressed for first class. This was Ryan air priority. We all sit in the same seats. She loudly called out to embarrass a man who she believed had cheated and got in the priority line. He had a valid priority ticket and even worked for Ryanair. Also challenging visas insisting people download them until they proved on the government website it wasn’t required to print. The Ryanair employee who was challenged said she is always like this. She also pulled people from regular boarding as they were fashionably dressed and upgraded them to priority and changed their seats. That was comical. I think she felt she should be working for Emirates first class, although they would t have stood for her rude behaviour

On time boarding, on time departure and early arrival. As it should be. Yes, the comfort and benefits are very poor, but therefore the ticket is 6 times cheaper than with a flag carrier. So I am not complaining about it. You get what you pay for.

There plane had a technical pricken so we had to disembark, but the replacement aircraft was provided within one hour so there was not much delay.

Good value for the money. Good leg room. Take off and landing very good.

Seats are very small, I’m not a big person, but the person beside me was using his seat and half of mine… and this person was a bit gross but not a lot…

We were diverted to warsaw and there was zero information. We were just forced to disembark and off we go good luck the reat of the way. We all had to go our ways to find a way home!!!! Horrible horrible and it cost us alot of money to get a hotel and trains 4:30 pm next day.

Long delay was made worse by lack of information and long time in queue waiting for the plane to arrive
