This had nothing to do with Delta… The flights were on time and flawless. The service was excellent. We purchased seats in (aisle/middle) comfort plus since this was a cross country flight. Unfortunately, the woman seated at the window was 300+ pounds and, as might be expected, covered up about a third of the middle seat also. there was absolutely nothing that Delta could have done about that… I just don’t know what the answer should be. If you purchase a seat, you should should be able to use the entire seat and not just the portion that someone else is not sitting/oozing in. Disappointing…there should be something that could be done….I'm just not sure what solution could be.

Delayed take-off. Very small plane so very scary with lots of bumps during the flight. Would never fly Delta on short flights in small 80 seaters plane again! Felt relieved when landed.
Delta is a cut above the others in customer service.
The worst part was I was NOT allowed in the lounge even though I was holding a first class ticket and have a premium American Express card. I have flown Business or First Class with many airlines. Delta is the ONLY one who does not extend this courtesy to anyone except people who hold the very expensive American Express card. As a result, I won’t fly Delta if I have any other choice.
A little bumpy ride . No food was being provided due the the turbulence. That was ok it was a short flight to my standards.
Simply outstanding. Their new lounge for Delta One customers is a cut above the rest.
I love the free WiFi!! Crew was nice. Bathroom was decent. First time flying delta in a long time and I enjoyed it. Will definitely look into booking with Delta more but I think Delta is a little more expensive than the other airlines.
third trip overseas with delta recently where the TV did not work- not acceptable for a 8 hour flight! your food really has declined crew great and I am loyal to delta
Boarding in Amsterdam is always chaotic. KLM/ Delta has not streamlined or made it efficient as it was boarding in Detroit . The food was mediocre The crew was unfriendly and more focused on getting things done quickly rather than service with a smile .
Other then mechanical/ computer problem and 3.5 hours flight delay the flight was great. I guess that what happened when you fly an old airplane now a day.
We didn’t have any entertainment. I tried to go online without success. The airplane was extremely cold and they didn’t have blankets.
Delta has an outstanding service. They are courteous and punctual most of the time. The flight departed a half hour late but we arrived 15 minutes early.
Not sure why there are so many security checks at this airport. Consistently annoying showing passport over and over, checking carryons at gate all the while trying to make tight connection. Basically it was uncomfortable crowded cabin with meidiocre service
Although the flight is goof and the crew is good, the way the airline charges you for every service is ridiculous.
Plane never left the ground. Mech issues - entire trip was rerouted through united.
They didi not provide wheelchair though we had requested. We had to run around for 40 minutes and arrange it from the airport!
Everything was good except the check in. Could not do it online neither on the machines in the airport. Needed special assistance from the airline desk clerk
No entertainment but not expected. Unless you are referring to monitor that you can use. Then Al, was fine on all flights.
Friendly staff, It was the first flight out for our plane, so had to be deiced from the frost. Only delayed a few minutes,
Staff encountered friendly and helpful. Flight delayed 1 hour due to mechanical issue, but made it through Atlanta immkgration and security in plenty of time,
It would have been better if they don't separate families in seating. We were seated in the aile row in the middle of a family of four. It would have been better if they they seat the family of four together than separated.
I upgraded myself to Business Class at the last minute so I had a DREAMS window seat. Seeing as I've never flown Business before everything was novel and fun for me and it made the 7 hour flight much more enjoyable for sure.
The flight was delayed about 4 hours without any explanation. No wifi or entertainment at all on planes. Had to pay for checked bags I was allowed according to reservations.

At JFK the Security line was extremely long and few checkpoints open.
Check in person said there would be lunch. We were first class passengers and lunch was chips.
Flight attendant -José? - was over the top friendly and professional. Beautiful new plane with lie flat seats in Business (worth it!)
Horrible food. No wine or any other alcohol is served on the flight. Water is not served often and they refused when I asked for water in two cups. On the other hand, both going and coming back flights were on time.
Seats are getting smaller and smaller...and as hard as a rock , mediocre entertainment
I wrote in my previous review that this airline is scamming customers into paying multiple times for the same bag or they will not let you on the flight. We ended up paying FOUR times for my son's regular size bag because they made him pay on each leg despite us showing receipts that we had already paid for the roundtrip bag (multiple times!). His one 17kg bag cost us $381 roundtrip because of their errors and they will not rectify it despite multiple attempts. They say they will look into it and then send me an email with the wrong confirmation number in it (not the one I gave them) and say they can't find anything. I have all the receipts and record where it came out of my bank account. I'm just running in circles. They did the same thing to my mom and her friend on a completely different flight. So, this is not an isolated incident as I now know of 3 situations where this happened and customers are losing hundreds of dollars. They should be reported to whatever agency oversees this sort of thing.
Kayak site indicated a carry on and handbag were included of which I have a document proving yet Sky insisted it was a zero fare and made me pay and additional $50 per carry on there and back.
Baggage recovery in SCL is the absolute worst I have ever experienced worldwide. You need to put benches. A hour wait is just not worth the time. Next time you can deliver my bag. Please discuss the issue with SCL baggage dept.
