We had to deboard using stairs. Why didnt you have the aero-bridge?

The ground staff on Islamabad is horrible. The on board services are excellent.

Business class on this plane was adequate, service, amenities, swag, and crew was amazing!

Boarding was a mess, no one managing the queues. I got my meal as the pilot announced starting commencing descent and basic drink not available. No air bridge so takes forever to deplane the A380 onto buses.

Worst trip ever from the beginning to the end I will never travel with that airline again. I made a big mistake by not going with my regular schedule flight with Qatar airline. Even underpriced cheat me of my 134 dollars I paid for special seats and they kept my money and didn't pay the airline for the seats for me.

The lounge staff at reception were inefficient and robotic. Boarding process was chaotic at the gate with no priority for business and first. At arrival into Dubai, no upper deck door . Food option and quality for this flight was awful . Thankfully the bar is always good.

‏One of the worst flights I took in My life, delays after delays, then the AC is not working and we were living in a sauna,& we were sweating like pigs. and this even before take off. Next we arrived late one hour late, baggage claims worse than the delay itself add to that one more hour to get our luggage. I am extremely disappointed and my experience is I’m never going to fly on Emirates airline. Immigration was the only good thing about this trip. It took us seven minutes to go through to the luggage claims.

Emirates is good airlines. But there plane seats were very small and congested. Need to little good and big seats in economy class.

When you buy emirates you don’t expect low cost. Boarding by bus. Seat will not incline. Line before emergency exit. Eating tray hits belly (and I didn’t grow lately). Entertainment on demand by payment.

We did not fly and our agent has been uncilling and uncooperative to help us rebook flight. We will never use Kayak ever again to book our flights, and we will let our network of friends know that using Kayak is equal to losing $$$$$.

Very poor show. Flight got delayed due to fog in Lahore. This is understandable. However, no arrangements were made for nany hours, once some things was organised, there was no leadership, no support to families with children's, disabled passengers. Took to hotel where it took 3 hours to sort out room allocation, that after finding partner to a minimum of 4 people. Couples were asked to find another couple before room is allocated. After 2 5 Hours of reaching room, return journey started with total chaos, no leadership at airport. Several derours to finally get new boarding passes. Asking the reason why flight was cancelled, the Saudi airline staff recommended using other Airlines in future. Finally boarding nobody inside the aeroplane helping old, illiterate to find their allocated sears. Sort out luggage storage. All the staff stayed in their kitchen areas to let passengers sort out. In-flight service wad good. Overall very poor experience.

It’s very tiring journey with only 3 seats in a row and not good for family of four. Online checkin don’t work and unable to select the seats while going.

Ok, the flight was not full yet I had people on both sided and the chairs were tight. Only 2 kinds of snacks didn’t even have milk for the coffee.

Food was bad, boarding experience especially at Jeddah was extremely chaotic. Flights were very uncomfortable with Meals at odd times

Make all food options available, than running out even before mid way through the service

Make the food options available, than running out even before mid way through the service.

Very old airplane with old and seat for business class

Riyadh to Dhaka was disaster! Passengers were standing the whole flight blocking ways for using restrooms. Bathrooms were extremely dirty. Food quality was very poor. Overall Riyadh to Dhaka was extremely poor and bad experience.

There is issue with first name and every thing is correct, and they did not onboard, it was really bad experience I recommend not to buy ticket and support team is very poor ever though online support is very bad

The staff were courteous. The best part is that this airlines has a place designated for prayer. As a Muslim it’s very important for me to be able to pray and the airlines facilitated this for me and others who were on the flight. The other great aspect of this travel is there was no alcohol served. I love this airlines

Liked the staff attitude. More items in inflight duty free will be better.

Personal touch is always there. I would recommend offering entertainment for free.

There wasn't any announcement for boarding neither on the screen, it was written " Go to gate". I walked out of the lounge by chance then found the employee asked me what is my destination, when I told him he said: you are the last passenger 😳.

There are no seats while waiting for the gate. They sell tea and coffee, all airlines this is free except Jazera airline. Boarding is very bad, we stood outside eating for the main gate to open, children and seniors were setting on the floor ( dirty) for an hour and half

Pros: "The price and timing"
Cons: "Everything I guess. Boarding was a mess . The crew was panicked about Corona. No space . Terrible service"
Cons: "Planes are old, they don’t serve food, just sell things and there are no movies"

It was hot inside as the air conditioner was not working and the crew members were not courteous

the seat you book will always be taken by someone else..…

Nothing The flight delayed for more than 3 hours as usual

In the future, it is preferable to provide free snacks

I like the price of the ticket. I do not like the waiting, waiting, waiting to drop off luggage. I do not like the waiting, waiting, waiting to board. I liked that the flight was on time.

Very poor Customer service…the girl at the check in desk was horrible. her service was not even close to world standard but I think Flynass can improve and learn to treat their customers better

The flight delayed. No screen, no charge for mobile devices. The portion of food is very small. The food is not delicious and no sweet just 3 pieces of fruit mostly apple. If you want coffee or tea you have to buy even you buy ticket at higher price than airlines that offer drinks, snacks and meals for free.

Pros: "i need to change the date but cannot find anyone help, including either call center or flynas staff in airport"
Cons: "just give me a simple way to change my flight"
Cons: "People are sitting in our seats!!! This issue is on every single flight I have with FlyNas"
Cons: "Always late, an they blame it on the previous flight, as if it is operated by different company"

Flight was good but it started half an hour late

Food was 👍 great , seats are a bit narrow, crew is helpful..

The flight was canceled two times and didn’t tell me on time I was waiting all day long for my flight but at the end it was worst.

Flight was good and on time. Check in long time could have been avoided by having more counters at the airport
