I like how professional, fast and good the whole experience was.
Nothing special.. they could have provided something to eat without a charge
Edelweiss is now Nickle&dimming, not even a complimentary wine on the intercontinental flight. Sitting space is the smallest I have ever seen.
I would recommend flying SWISS to anyone. Very impressed by the quality of food. The staff was extremely kind and accommodating. They arranged a shuttle to help a group of passengers make connecting flights when there was a delay.
I have no complaints. The crew was attentive, pleasant and heloful

The seats had no space at all beyond the knees. The seat in-front literally reclined on your face, very uncomfortable plane. Was nothing like the normal SWISS experience. The food was okay but could be better.
It was the first time in my life (I’m 54) that I’ve had to pay for drinks on an international flight. Very disappointing. Also, the baggage fees were very steep. I’d rather pay for everything in the price of the ticket than be repeatedly charged for add-ons.
It was not made clear that additional passport control is needed before queueing up for boarding. The seats were very uncomfortable and cramped even for small persons. The arm rests were not fully capable of lifting up out of the way and the media controls cut-out made them even worse to lean on. Just one audio channel was working on one of our seats.
They rebooked our flight and then canceled our trip halfway through the journey without any explanation. Needed to pay by ourselves for alternative flight options without any help from Swiss.
There was a very drunk and disruptive passenger who was on the plane, right behind me. He was already drunk before boarding but was still let on the plane. He kept kicking and hitting the back of my chair the entire flight. It was an early morning flight and had zero rest on that leg

Friendly crew who apologised and explained reason for delay. Good on board service. Rather cramped seating. Late departure.
Very sad, couldn't stop crying. Was an hour delay in Ireland and when we got to Canada the flight was boarded and couldn't get on. Was the last flight of the day. Now in a hotel waiting on a stand by.I have to got o work, so I'll go first available while my son stays in the hotel til one's available
Was not aware that Aer Lingus was like the cut-rate services in the states, with no food or beverage (other then 3.50 Euro coffee) and no screens for entertainment. Was a great flight, but not much in the way of services.
Both flights late. Almost missed connecting flight and flight staff not willing to help expedite us off the plane.
during a very rough flight, I was forced to sit in a last row seat, fell asleep, and was forced to return to my assigned seat after the turbulence. The stewardess then used that seat to sleep.
I didn’t realize Aer Lingus was a “nickel and dime” kind of airline where you had to separately buy all the amenities you wanted. The push to purchase duty-free beauty products was off-putting. And our row had the least amount of leg room I’ve ever dealt with on a flight.
We couldn't talk to aer lingus we had issues with the flight change and aer lingus made us talk to kayak
Very pleasant staff, there was some turbulence but the captain was very apologetic and gave notice where possible.
Flight details on public information screen were misleading and wrong.
I liked nothing. An extremely uncomfortable flight, staff were rude, no ice for my drink. 4 hours of misery

How terrible! Extremely bad! I can not even wait for 5 minutes, because the Berlin airport does not work in the security facilities and can handle people. No communication, although we were assured by about 50 travelers that the airline is informed and is waiting for us.
the boarding took a really lo g time, we were standing on stairs waiting to walk out to the plane. Seats are uncomfortable but it’s ok for a short trip. There is no entertainment. Follow the rules and will not have any problems or extra charges
You have improved through the many years I have flown with you. But you still nickle and dime your customers. I paid extra for carry on and priority boarding.
This time round it was very good, flight delayed by 30mins but capitan put his toe to the floor and made some time up!!
Boarding at Birmingham was appalling, made to stand in a corridor which claims to be a gate for an hour, despite knowing full well the flight was delayed….. the crew were fantastic and you have to feel sorry for them dealing with the delay caused three fold, inbound delay, damage to front baggage hold door and finally a further ATC delay. On board experience was good and crew friendly and helpful.
all small notes on the ticket which even you can not see and read. They they charge you on each step… even they dont let you to explain yourself. I will not fly with them from now on.
When having difficulty with the online check in process, I was forced to pay a huge fee for the check in desk to assist me with getting a boarding pass. Ridiculous!
Food service was good. Aircraft was old and needed upgrade such as seats. Flight was delayed about 1 hour.
Liked - efficiency of boarding with 2 jetways. Checkin was with kiosks with helpful and plentiful workers to help with the process. Munich airport security was very automated, efficient and effective. Free wine and beer! Cons - food was only okay in economy class. Plane bathrooms could have been cleaner.
There is more space in this economy seat. It felt like a better layout, not so cramped.
Zero legroom or space in economy. Flight was delayed into Munich causing a missed connecting flight and other missed bookings. :(
Connection time and departure time were both changed to cause undue stree on older people who cant run through an airport
The staff was not at pleasant as those on the first leg of our trip.
Other than the delay of flight, this crew tried to make the best of bad situation.
Crew was excellent. Sat us together after the airline changed our seats. This was the smaller plane/shorter flight so no entertainment or food.
The plane boarded 5 hours late. This made for a very long travel experience - 3.5 hours for getting to/taking the connecting flight (Air Dolomiti), 5.5 hours layover in Munich, 11.5 hour flight to Houston, 1 hour ride home. After landing at BUSH airport we spent 30 minutes on the tarmac waiting for United staff to prepare the jetway. Flight attendant admonished my wife for briefly opening the window shade midflight to take a look outside.
Boarding was one hour late. Gate notification was incorrect (notification said gate 17, actual was gate 14). Took shuttle bus to board the plane. Late arrival of plane at Turin impacted travel arrangements to the event.
