Find cheap flights from Ireland to Sarajevo

I wouldn't recommend Lufthansa otherwise. We took this flight only because our flight to Kittilä got cancelled and Lufthansa offered a replacement which would have been two days later, with a night in Frankfurt and another in Munich. We refused the replacement but the staff at the airport entered in the system claiming that we accepted the replacement.. We didn't get the full refund because of this.

Seat cushioning, and having at least 1 checked bag free, I dont understand why international flight would not include a checked bag.

Delayed take off but I think they waited for passengers.

Wonderful I upgraded from premium economy to business and it was totally worth it. The crew was fantastic. Very attentive positive. They made me feel right at home. We were on a 747 business class second story seat and it was fantastic.

Boarding delayed 1.5 hours. Ended up sick because of all the delays and lines waiting around airport and boarding.

Delay before takeoff, ran out of protein options for the meal served, waited on the tarmac upon landing for and hour, waited in corridor for people mover for 45 minutes and still waited at baggage claim for over 30 minutes. This was after Lufthansa cancelled our flight to Frankfurt. Will definitely be my last option when booking overseas flights.

My connecting flight was cancelled then delayed for four and a half hours with a €20 voucher for my trouble. I think that is an awful apology because the next flight they put me on was horrible. It was overbooked, the flight attendants were of absolutely zero assistance (embarrassing actually) and the transportation shuttle to the plane was as hot as a sauna. Terrible!

Terrible. Super uncomfortable/less room than a domestic flight and flight was 9.5 hours. Food was terrible. Flight attendants slammed the cart into 2 people in our party numerous times as they were both over 6' tall and sitting in the aisle.

I did not fly them . They rebooked me on a longer flight to Helsinki. I did not get the food I wanted . Paid more for seats and baggage and now trying to deal with them is. Mess. They reimbursed me for half of cost and not the actual fee I incurred and this was all due to operational reasons . Too many chefs in kitchens and everyone deflects not their problem. Book one airline

Lost my luggage and still not found to this point.
