Everything was good. The red seats were a scam. Just like any other seat but red. Although they let you board earlier which was very nice.

Other than the bus wait time to off board passenger when we reached Don Muang, everything else was excellent

Ontime, no frills, the cabin is clean, the ticket price is lower than the full-service airlines.

Paid for a meal we didn't receive. They admitted they had forgetten ours. No compensation or rectification offered. We requested if they would just give us a glass of wine instead and we would call it even. Crew advised they could not do this and to go to Air Asia counter on arrival and request a refund. Our flight didn't arrive until 2am so this was not a viable option. The crews solution was if we wanted a wine we should purchase one. I was unhappy with that suggestion considering they had already ripped us off with our meal.

Took 4 flights in 5 days 3 out of 4 left late about one hour each.

The boarding process was very poor - refueling on so rear ladder blocked. I think while boarding both ladders should be accessible so that passengers are comfortable instead of crowding through front ladder

Since all the flights were either late on the evening it would help to offer some food for purchase Since you tourists cannot buy decent food withoit local vaccination record in hong Kong this would really to help Using phone to submit electronic data is great but for the elderly this is a hassle
