On the positive side, the cabin exuded a sense of expansiveness, and the crew exhibited amiable and accommodating behavior throughout the journey.

They delayed our flight by 45 minutes and then re-updated the departure time back to normal schedule with no notification, email, or app update causing probably 40 people to miss the flight as they left without us.

terrible. Because I felt very unwell during the flight. How do they leave a woman alone in the middle of 2 men? an obese man who was falling on top of me.

The walk from baggage claim to the taxi is very difficult for older people I will never fly into JFK again. It is physically challenging

We were told that our flight would be delayed for 90+ minutes because of weather, so we went to get something to eat only to have them randomly start boarding 15 minutes after the announcement, with no warning.

Confusing. Delay updates were out of whack At one point it said my flight was 25 hours. Three gate changes and two delays only to change back to original departure time. Gate announcer and on board flight attendant (Alejandro) making the announcements was impossible to understand due to accent and speed of speech. After beverage service the rear flight attendants sat back there on their phones. No refills no checking in, one sweep through for trash collection. Very impersonal. Bring back Coke products

Business class is great. New airplane, very comfortable, better than some of the major airlines I am used to

great flight. Pilot was communicative, flight attendants were excellent. Really nice experience except my tv didn’t work.

Overall, the flight was better than the flight I took to go to Florida, which had a bunch of problems. The crew is really nice and the plane was new so it had a small problem when we were on the runway, but the flight itself was great. They even made some time back up, which is always a good thing.

We had a 40 mins delay, but the pilot was good about keeping up informed. No food/snacks or drinks when u in the air-they have to be purchased. They charge for every single thing .

particularly nothing to like plane just turned to be a hmm flying bus, yet in buses from another country at least drink and snack are free ... and seat could be just a bit more ..adjustable? ok ok i know i am asking for too much but ..dreaming is not forbidden yet

Crew was Awesome, especially flight attendant Blake from Fort Lauderdale! Passengers onboard were unfortunately unruly & disrespectful.

It would’ve been better if you didn’t cancel my flight and I couldn’t find another flight within 200 miles so I had to go down to Baltimore to get on a flight.

Would have liked there to be a flight crew available so we could fly. None available so they delayed the departure by 10 hour!

Once again, my flight was delayed. I believe it’s the third time I had a delayed flight with spirit airlines… Very unpleasant.

The flight kept getting delayed until it ws finally cancelled due to weather. While the airline was able to get me another flight, it was not for two days, which meant that I had to waste two days of vacation. On top of that, the airline refused to provide any form of compensation for my inconvenience.

On a day with 1000s of worldwide flight cancellations, I was worried about my flight. Not only did my Spirit flight leave as scheduled, but it arrived at destination earlier than expected! This made my day!

I like spirit it make easy for you to travel no matter how your budget it you find cheaper tickets on it, what I don’t understand everything it so expensive a bottle of water cost you price of a case $4 dollars that’s not fair.

Spirit failed me in all respects and was blunt about it Left me stranded for 2 days I had to purchase another very expensive ticket
