Find First Class Flights to Kalamata

I liked bumping up to Business for less than full price. Also the option to choose your own meal online. In retrospect I would have gone with the standard meal option, but c'st la vie. Overall pretty standard flight, got good views of Greece as the sun rose. That's about it.

It was a short flight (2hours) so the tiny, tiny seats were somewhat tolerable. People with long legs had their knees up to the chair in front of them, quite uncomfortable. I was pleasantly surprised they served a small meal which was quite good. Staff were all great.

Boarding in BCN was really poorly managed. No communication from airline staff and no signs as to what groups line up where. It was just guessing. There were delays that were also not communicated so everybody was standing in line for almost an hour.

they were good. they coordinated pick up of luaggage at final destination. The had text updates on phone with gate/dep.time etc.

I love flying with Aegean. Crew is always polite and empathetic. Boardi

The flight was good. There was free WiFi which was fantastic. The crew was a bit rude and short tempered. The landing was super smooth

Flight was late leaving which made connecting in Athen very hard. Baggage took an hour to come out. Come on… for such a small plane. Need to step up your game Aegean!

The flight was delayed for no reason by 30 min making my connection very hard to get.

Flight had delays as always. It has been very disappointing as the last 4 times I’ve travelled with Aegean we always had delays.

Got boarded on the plane on time and held there without moving for 2h to avoid paying delay fees. typical Aegean airlines. They should have left us on the gate and do the boarding when we are ready to go.

Nothing special.. they could have provided something to eat without a charge

For the price of the ticket it's probably the best service in the world

Everything was great except food . It as okay not good not bad

Seats are too cramped, but that is a problem with every airline. I actually enjoyed the meal served.

The plane was good - on time! But can the stewardesses smile or actually be nice - not to bark the commands

Edelweiss is now Nickle&dimming, not even a complimentary wine on the intercontinental flight. Sitting space is the smallest I have ever seen.

Lots of water brought around by staff which is very important to stay hydrated on a long flight. There provided swiss chocolate icecream! The attention to detail is obvious. They really want to make their passengers entertained and comfortable.

I would recommend flying SWISS to anyone. Very impressed by the quality of food. The staff was extremely kind and accommodating. They arranged a shuttle to help a group of passengers make connecting flights when there was a delay.

overall the flight was good and we were happy they waited for us. However, our luggage didn t make it and this caused us a lot of problems.

This was an upgrade to business class and really enjoyed the experience. Much better than my earlier flight and thank you.

Crew were friendly and very helpful Plane was clean and the legroom is standard. Overall a good flight, no complaints.

The staff was not at pleasant as those on the first leg of our trip.

I remember flying with Lufthansa many years ago, and it used to be an amazing airline with more technologically savvy and roomy planes, but unfortunately that isn’t the case anymore. The space between the seats is much smaller, which is ok for short flights, but definitely not for across the Atlantic flights. Not sure if I’ll opt for Lufthansa the next time, maybe just if necessary.

Boarding delayed 1.5 hours. Ended up sick because of all the delays and lines waiting around airport and boarding.

The flight didn’t happen with Lufthansa. It got canceled with no reason given and all I received for my troubles was €20. People make travel plans for a reason and when the flight was rebooked, it was delayed for 4 1/2 hours on Austria Airlines. The flight attendants were of zero help. They just wanted to stand and look pretty. I hope to never fly Austrian Airlines again. Horrible!!

They failed to make sure all luggage made it onto the flight. I had to spend a week on vacation with no clothes.

I did not like that they failed to put my luggage on my connecting flight to Athens. I was promised it would be located and delivered within 2 days but later told there was no information on its location. This caused me to have unplanned for expenses because I then had to purchase new clothing to wear on my vacation. I did not receive my luggage until my return flight home. I will not be traveling with them again.

Boarding was 20 minutes late. Had to ride shuttle bus to plane in order to board.

Absolutely the most awful experience in the history of service from gate agents to baggage handlers. Never will i use kayak or Lufthansa again. Ever.
