Everything! Not sure if there's really anything that could make it any better
Very quick trip from Southampton to Edinburgh Arrival a long way from baggage and up 3flights of stairs no lifts or escalators
We were charged a ridiculous amount for a name spelling error on ticket which I would’ve corrected if I received pre-check info more than 1/2hr before flight. Then we were told at ticket counter that our bags were fine for boarding but then we’re charged another ridiculous amount to take in our luggage despite being told differently. Flight itself was great. Charges were unfair.
Apart from an email about re configuring passenger seating less than 24hrs before flying it was all good.
There were a lot (4 I think) of EasyJet flights leaving Agadir, we arrived two and a half ours before our flight. Very slow to get through the booking in, passport control and security!! We had booked in on line but had to Queue with others who had not to drop our bags off!,
We boarded and then sat on the tarmac for an hour….probably not E Jets fault. But the gentleman that checked us in and took our luggage was exceptionally friendly and calming for early morning/ confused passengers. As always, it’s the people that make or break an experience, right?
I was hesitant to book with a low cost airline due to previous experience but Easy Jet surpassed my expectations. I would definitely book a flight with them again! Seemless booking, upfront about baggage fees, professional, and helpful staff.
Kayak sent several notifications that the flight was late. This contradicted the information on the airport boards. This was extremely confusing and we very nearly missed the flight purely because we double checked with the info desk when the flight stays said’closed’. Kayak notifications are therefore unreliable and pointlesa
Usual issues with flight delay. Perennial problem of travel by plane.

Delayed almost 2 hours sitting on plane. No updates at all from flight deck and virtually no updates from cabin crew
Long delay resulted in my being unable to catch a train home and resulted in an additional £76 cost for an Uber
Our original booking with Kayak -our first experience -was exactly what we wanted and worked well. Updates were friendly and reassuring as were the contacts with UnderPricer so a big win-win. We learned a lot on your reliability and will definitely put you on our organisational list for the future.
The crew could not have been more helpful, my meal was excellent, I slept peacefully until right before landing, and the BA lounge was a godsend. The only negative I encountered was the coffee both on the plane and in the lounge. Not to my taste but that’s a personal preference.
Plane and seats ok. Dinners going and coming back were not fantastic. Breakfast from Seattle to London fine with bagel, cheese and fried egg. Second meal on London to Seattle not my favorite of kind of pizza sauce in a pastry. Came with water about three different times on each of my long flights. Staff on all very friendly and helpful.
I don’t understand why a reputable airline like BA would delegate their London flights to AA. Makes no sense to me, as most domestic carriers do such a poor job these days. Terminal 3 at LHR is a total dump
We ordered kids meals - which were not kid friendly at all! (the breakfast that is - scrambled eggs on a bed of spinach and asparagus?)
Uncomfortable seats. Crazy seat assignments separating families when they could easily have put them together. Good communication from pilot about arrival time after delay in departure. Toilet ran out of water in sink. Snack box poor for flight of this length.
The bed in Club class was not very comfortable, everything else was good.
Cancelled flight minutes before boarding. Rescheduled flight was two days later
The flight attendants were EXTREMELY personable and appreciated the service, lights going off after dinner (probably the norm, but I haven’t flown evening overnight flights in a while). Thank you!
Great room between the seats, food was excellent, very comfortable overall and could have stayed on the plane even longer
