Boarding uncomfortable. Stewardess said I would have to check my carry on as there was no room in the overhead bins. Another passenger helped me find a spot.
Any flight that lands safely is a good flight. However our leg from Helsinki was delayed 1 hour with no explanation. The delay would not allow us to make our connection to Cincinnati. I was informed by American Airlines that our Cincinnati flight was rescheduled for the following day. I immediately made a non refundable hotel reservation in Dallas. Upon exiting the plane at Dallas I was given a hotel voucher. Nice, but I can't get a refund on the hotel I booked. A little communication would have been helpful. Food on Finnair is below quality of Korean Air.
The cabin crew really looked like they wanted to be somewhere else. They weren't really interested in providing an attentive service to full fare paying passengers at all. However the Captiain's in flight announcements were relaxed and very entertaining.
Crew were professional and responsive. Food was mediocre and breakfast could do with revampinmg
Food was very ordinary for premium economy, very small portions.
i dont know WHY they call it business class. the seats are NOT significantly wider than economy seats, they just do not let the middle seats be beepked to give the illusion of more space between passengers. the seats do NOT recline any more than economy seats either. the only real difference is the full meal served to business (vs none for economy). I would rather have a wider, lie flat ACTUAL business class seat with no food for a 3 hr flight. this was pretty disappointing to say the least.
There wore nice leather like sits, in my opinion seats lay out bit tight . Crew was great they did averything possible to make averywone comfortable as possible, food was, think worst I ever head on flight, head chicken and yellow rice. Ice cream was a nic treat.
Our previous flight was delayed but they waited for us to board.
Flight was delayed, short time connection to next flight but we make it, service was good, worth to fly just to try thair on board blueberry juce. Eccelent communication with airline.

We were charged a ridiculous amount for a name spelling error on ticket which I would’ve corrected if I received pre-check info more than 1/2hr before flight. Then we were told at ticket counter that our bags were fine for boarding but then we’re charged another ridiculous amount to take in our luggage despite being told differently. Flight itself was great. Charges were unfair.
Apart from an email about re configuring passenger seating less than 24hrs before flying it was all good.
There were a lot (4 I think) of EasyJet flights leaving Agadir, we arrived two and a half ours before our flight. Very slow to get through the booking in, passport control and security!! We had booked in on line but had to Queue with others who had not to drop our bags off!,
We boarded and then sat on the tarmac for an hour….probably not E Jets fault. But the gentleman that checked us in and took our luggage was exceptionally friendly and calming for early morning/ confused passengers. As always, it’s the people that make or break an experience, right?
I was hesitant to book with a low cost airline due to previous experience but Easy Jet surpassed my expectations. I would definitely book a flight with them again! Seemless booking, upfront about baggage fees, professional, and helpful staff.
Kayak sent several notifications that the flight was late. This contradicted the information on the airport boards. This was extremely confusing and we very nearly missed the flight purely because we double checked with the info desk when the flight stays said’closed’. When I booked the flight with Cheap Flights I actually booked in Business Class. When I got the confirmation it showed that my flights had been purchased by Cheap Flights in Economy Class with an Upgrade to Business Class. At first I was surprised and then the problems started. If you are not a seasoned Traveller you would not have been able to handle the issues this created. 1: the lay over time for the connecting flight in Frankfurt was 45min, which is extremely short and even the slightest dealy would have resulted in me missing the next flight. 2: the checked baggage allowance in Buisness class is 2 bags/ ea, 32Kg., however, my ticket being booked in Economy with an upgrade to Business only allowed for 1 bag/ 23 Kg. when I did the online check in my Boarding Pass showed a checked in Luggage allowance of 1 bag/ 32 Kg. which was very confusing. I called the Airline and asked what my checked in Luggage allowance actually is and was told 1 bag/ 23Kg. Since I have a frequent Flyer Status with the airline my baggage allowance increased by 1 bag / 23Kg. When I arrived at the airport I asked to be booked on an earlier flight, in order to avoid the stress and possible missed connection and I was lucky that this was possible. If this had not been possible, I would have missed my connection due to weather and even I am not quite sure, if and what the consequences of my cheap ticket would have been. My point being: if all of the above would have happened to an unsuspecting/unseasoned traveller, this trip would have ended in a disaster. The issue with the pricing is that the alledged money my airline received and what I actually paid to Cheap Flights shows a $1,000 difference. In conclusion, I would stay away from Cheap Flights if you want a hassle free experience!
When we went to the lounge they told us to go into the main lounge and not the full business class section, later they told me that Lufthansa wont pay the full fee to alloq the business class passengers entry to the nicer sectikn where all the other airlines nusiness class passengers go into. Very poor arrangement.
Not what I expected for the last leg of a $5100 business class experience. Boarding was a nightmare. The flight was delayed and I had to keep checking my email to ensure I was at the right gate since the airline or the terminal had no clue until 15 mins prior to boarding. Food was gross, limited drink options.
Using the media screen in economy class is a disaster
Flights scheduled with impossible connections - Lufthansa apparently believes it takes 7mins to change terminals, go through passport control, re-clear security and walk 1.8kms…..and everything will work perfectly (which it never does at Frankfurt). No staff on hand to assist with transfers on delayed flights. No transfer guidance provided by app. No compensation offered for 6hr delay to connecting flight.
Crew were friendly and very helpful Plane was clean and the legroom is standard. Overall a good flight, no complaints.
The seats were extremely uncomfortable. I spent €25 on internet and never gained access to it. A flight attendant told me she would file a complaint/report on my behalf but it put me in a very difficult situation.
Very disappointed. None of the bags from Newark & Toronto flight were loaded onto connecting flight to Mumbai. And yet, no announcement during the flight. No placard near the luggage carousel in Mumbai. Absolute mayhem at Lufthansa lost & found counter. Each agent taking 20 minutes to record each incident. Stood in line for more than 1 hour, after suffering through a 8 hour flight.
Delay before takeoff, ran out of protein options for the meal served, waited on the tarmac upon landing for and hour, waited in corridor for people mover for 45 minutes and still waited at baggage claim for over 30 minutes. This was after Lufthansa cancelled our flight to Frankfurt. Will definitely be my last option when booking overseas flights.
