Check-in was very disappointing. My Seat reservation was no longer honored which I had for several months. Supposedly the monitor was damaged and the seat could not be issued. In the lounge I checked again and the seat had been assigned to someone else so I could not sit next to my wife and no other adjacent seats were available - except right in front of the bathrooms and galley. Very disappointing practices for business class!
Flight was delayed for no reason and I missed my connection. This added another day of travel and I missed an event I was traveling home for.
The food was straight up bad not gonna lie, seats are uncomfortable so I had to re-adjust my self most of the time, delayed our arrival time by alot.
Terrible experience. I was stuck in Germany for two full day because your flights can't leave on time. You guys suck!!!
They delayed the flight multiple times, canceled, and then did not rebook or reserve hotel rooms
The plane boarded 5 hours late. This made for a very long travel experience - 3.5 hours for getting to/taking the connecting flight (Air Dolomiti), 5.5 hours layover in Munich, 11.5 hour flight to Houston, 1 hour ride home. After landing at BUSH airport we spent 30 minutes on the tarmac waiting for United staff to prepare the jetway. Flight attendant admonished my wife for briefly opening the window shade midflight to take a look outside.
Overall good flight Aircraft is 787 hence seats are very narrow Asian veg food was better than expected International entertainment on screen had very limited choices
Hated the food. Flew many business class flights on this flight little privacy should be more secluded Staff was great
The crew was amazing! Despite the delay in Frankfurt and a somewhat chaotic and stressful boarding process, the crew was cheerful, helpful, professional and kind, particularly to a woman next to me traveling with a small child. Please share my appreciation. In addition, the food was excellent and especially appreciated the civilized use of ceramic dishes and real silverware.
In general the flight was good, for me the only issue was I couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi
