Flight details on public information screen were misleading and wrong.
I liked nothing. An extremely uncomfortable flight, staff were rude, no ice for my drink. 4 hours of misery
We had a delay. That made me feel anxious because I arrived out of time

How terrible! Extremely bad! I can not even wait for 5 minutes, because the Berlin airport does not work in the security facilities and can handle people. No communication, although we were assured by about 50 travelers that the airline is informed and is waiting for us.
the boarding took a really lo g time, we were standing on stairs waiting to walk out to the plane. Seats are uncomfortable but it’s ok for a short trip. There is no entertainment. Follow the rules and will not have any problems or extra charges
You have improved through the many years I have flown with you. But you still nickle and dime your customers. I paid extra for carry on and priority boarding.
This time round it was very good, flight delayed by 30mins but capitan put his toe to the floor and made some time up!!
Boarding at Birmingham was appalling, made to stand in a corridor which claims to be a gate for an hour, despite knowing full well the flight was delayed….. the crew were fantastic and you have to feel sorry for them dealing with the delay caused three fold, inbound delay, damage to front baggage hold door and finally a further ATC delay. On board experience was good and crew friendly and helpful.
all small notes on the ticket which even you can not see and read. They they charge you on each step… even they dont let you to explain yourself. I will not fly with them from now on.
