There wore nice leather like sits, in my opinion seats lay out bit tight . Crew was great they did averything possible to make averywone comfortable as possible, food was, think worst I ever head on flight, head chicken and yellow rice. Ice cream was a nic treat.

Our previous flight was delayed but they waited for us to board.

Flight was delayed, short time connection to next flight but we make it, service was good, worth to fly just to try thair on board blueberry juce. Eccelent communication with airline.

My American Airlines flight was deleted and you guys never let me know

The entertainment system did not work. And we waited 45 minutes in our seats after we landed before we got to the gate

Our connecting flight was cancelled and it took us 15 hours to reach our destination.

This has been the worst experiencia I have had traveling overall. More than 3 delays, no one answering questions, no one at the AA counter. No one at customer service and after having to change transportation to airport and spend the night at a hotel paid by me, we were delayed inside of aircraft for more than 2 hours!!! Bad experience!!!

Wow! Wonderfully designed, super comfortable, spacious business seats. The food was great and the staff were friendly and attentive. A fabulous experience!

The new Finnair business class is superb! The design is wonderfully innovative and ridiculously comfortable. There is more seat space to lounge and sleep than the usual business class seat. The staff were amazingly attentive and the food was great (hard to say about most airline food!). There was limited toiletries (most of which I don’t use anyway) and no pyjamas for this flight. Everything else was next level. A fabulous experience!

Flight was delayed for no reason and I missed my connection. This added another day of travel and I missed an event I was traveling home for.

My flight was cancelled night before departure. It got rescheduled for two days later. As a result, I occurred additional lounging expenses, rent a car expenses, food, missed day of work and the worst part my son missed first day of new school.

They don't really offer snacks or water as much. but it was perfect.

Plane was delayed about an hour but nice crew and service

So great, the plane is nice and comfortable, the entertainment was so nice, and the staff was amazing. Only thing that was less than great was that the buttons on the seat screens were very hard to push, and the person behind me was pushing my seat constantly to push the buttons. Minor tho, and overall everything was wonderful!

Still haven’t finished the flight. Day 2. Missed flight connection for reasons not explained and had to spend night at hotel. Booked on early flight next morning and had to deplane for technical issue. So tired. Not happy. Seat changed to ver back of plane like they did on the outgoing flight. This airline is second rate at best. Bad form. Never again. Not duly compensated

I missed the flight in Washington due to the delayed arrival and duper slow border control. Not fault by Lufthansa, but at 23:00 you can't find anyone from Lufthansa to help you and that's total awkward.

When I got to the airport, the airline lost my reservation and couldn't give me a boarding pass. I had to sit with the travel center for an hour until they could figure out what was going on. I thought I was going to miss my flight.

Flight was delayed nearly two hours and then luggage was delayed. Crappy.

Both of my flights on Lufthansa (coming and going) were cancelled. I was rebooted on united airlines, separated from my family/traveling partners. On our flight to luxembourgh we ended up in seats separated by several rows on the long flight, although we PAID to sit together. On the return trip we ended up on 3 completely different flights. When speaking to Lufthansa they didn't even acknowledge the outbound flights were cancelled. We were unable to meet with traveling companions in Chicago as we were flown to Denver. The quality of service, customer service and food between united and Lufthansa cannot be compared. The food on united was not attractive and the taste was similar to school lunch food. Not close to the meals I have had on Lufthansa. Hardly an equal "trade". I was unhappy with my travel experience on this trip.
