Great airline with excellent service! Only drawback was the meat served was overcooked on both flights.

I did not like the quality of the food and there was no snacks offered between meals.

Temperature in plane in both segments was warm. Otherwise, great experience

First was canceled no compensation second day was delayed Worst airline I have ever seen

Business class in Turkish airlines is like none other. They separate themselves and highly recommend it

Turkish Airline is great! The fact that they provided a hot sandwich for an hour flight is truly amazing. I can't say enough good words but Thank You!

My experience with Turkish airlines has been pretty good. I connected from Istanbul to Tirana Albania. One of my luggage’s didn’t come. Very disappointed with that, we had our year old grandson with us! Babiest things were in that bag . Hopefully I get the bag tomorrow or next day !

The plane is very small according to distance flight . Seat not comfortable according to the class of business class realy very bad ..

We waited 4 hours in the flight to take off but then the flight was cancelled.

Problems checking in. Charged for bag which was to be included. Repeated trials with in line check in process

Both my flight to Germany and my flight from Germany to the USA were delayed which caused me to miss my connection and additional stress. I had to stay overnight in Chicago, compensated by the airline. All very frustrating. We sat in the runway in Germany for over an hour? Which was never explained and caused the additional day of travel.

Before the flight I received an email from LH that our seat were changed to other comparable seats. At boarding however we found our reassigned “comparable” seats were directly by the toilet. They sure were no “comparable “ seats and we were quite disappointed!

Flight took off late. Flew business class. Lunch choice was chicken or vegetarian gruel. Chicken was gone by the time the flight attendant got to me. Got the salad, rolls, and desert. Skipped the vegetarian gruel. Almost broke a tooth on the roll. Suspect at it was least three days old...bird food. Wheelchair service (for spouse) at ATH was outstanding. Wheelchair service at FRA was mediocre as usual/expected.

They run you late and make you miss flights… I have missed 6 in 1.5 years

Tickets, paying for bags, and the lack of help by employees was the worst. It took almost 1.5 hours to get this done. The airplane, seating, and stewards were amazing!!! That part of the flight was one of the better flights I have taken.

No priority boarding for business class. Delays, seat 4D was inoperable, table was broken. Movie choices were limited. Staff tried hard. Very poor experience based on previous Lufthansa’s flights. This was Discovery $8,600 was too much for this level of service. We will go back to DELTA when ever we can

This flight was operated by Air India and it was good experience

Flight was cancelled. Rebooked after 5 hour delay. Pregnant daughter rebooked following day with 12 hour layover in Düsseldorf. However - I must applaud and praise the Business lounge hosts who were EXCEPTIONAL in trying to rebook and arranged for our daughter to standby for last flight of the day - which she made. The terminal B business lounge reception staff were AWESOME
