I booked the car six months ago. When I came there to pick up, the car I reserved was not actually available. This was the worst experience I ever had

Customer service was excellent, all staff were helpful and attentive even during busy hours. Rental car was clean and worked well, though a strong cigarette odour lingered. Otherwise great experience!

Excellent experience at the rental locations we dealt with (Toronto, Quebec city and Fredericton). Did have issues with car (back brakes were completely worn out and both pads and disks needed to be replaced). While dealing with Enterprise central staff and call in numbers was very time consuming and difficult, the individual rental offices were exceptions.
