Pros:

The staff were friendly, the car was clean, and it was affordable.

Cons:

It took a lot of paperwork and time to rent the car. It was nearly an hour from when I entered the location to when I got the keys. I wish more of the paperwork could have been done online beforehand.

Sixt cancelled my reservation unilaterally, without my requesting a cancellation. They also did not tell me that the reservation was cancelled, so I showed up expecting to pick up a car and was told that there was no reservation on file. The staff were helpful in finding me a replacement car, but that involved an hour's delay, a taxi ride to a nearby town, and a rental 3x the price of my original booking.

Agent charged a lot of undisclosed fees such as car upgrade even though it was their fault they didn’t have the vehicle I reserved.

The rental was moved from the original booking location to the airport, which put a significant burden on getting the car. When I arrived at the airport, they told me that they couldn't actually transfer the rental agreement, despite confirming that on the phone. Half an hour later after trying to move the rental agreement, I had to make an entirely new booking for more money than my original rental agreement.

Very pushy to upsell insurance and every other option. And then when you return there are ridiculous hidden fees for everything. It really adds up to being more expensive than other premium providers. Never again!

It was 200 euros for 1 day of car rental for an hyundai i10. To expensive in my opinion. They got taxes and taxes for everything. First and last time when i rent from them.
