Asked for vehicle that fits 7 passengers with 4 suitcases, got a small Kia Sorento, with 7 people there might be room for 1 suitcase. Had nothing bigger for me so we were cramped the entire trip. There was dog hair all over inside and I had to ask them to vacuum because my family is allergic to dog hair. She said they had minivans available but would only give me one if the dog hair messed with my allergies after they vacuumed, which I wouldn’t know until I was already into my trip...4.0 Mediocre
