They are a complete rip off they tried to charge me for damage that wasn’t damage tried to trick me into paying more and were terrible customer service. Do not use this company under any circumstances

I like the rate. I did not like that my insurance card had to be presented because my insurance card lives in my personal vehicle. This was the first time renting a car that my I had to present the insurance card to rent the car. Also I was not happy that the car insurance i paid for on the web site was not accepted by Green Motion. i had to purchase additional insurance to rent your vehicle. I also did not like that once inside the rental facility the line stated "U-Save" and not Green Motion. Please clarify that it is the same agency in the future.

They did add insurance despite I asked them not to add, then make you sign the contract without letting you see the details. Some sort of scam, which I am surprised I am not the first one according to several reviews

pick up was really slow. Multiple staff behind counter but only one serving customers. There was a complication with a customer ahead of me and despite the queue growing none of the other staff opened their desks. Dropped car off to a closed office in the evening and was very disappointed to get a charge for a scratch to the car which i do not believe i caused. I have raised a complaint but very little confidence in a positive outcome. I do not plan to use Goldcar again

They didn’t have a car reserved for me on arrival, and tried to charge a walk up rate. In the end, I lost the prepaid portion of my rental, sat in the coffee shop opposite and booked online with Avis (for cheaper than what they wanted to charge me). Really disappointed.

The booking was BMW 3 series at carrental.com but at Avis they said it is smaller and had to pay three tomes to get larger car.

Cons:

Establishing a quick contact via Email instead of your contact number via phone which is expensive.

I suppose it’s the future. So you aren’t actually seeing someone in person. The instructor comes on the screen and everything is done virtually. Not bad or good, just very different for those who’ve never experience it.

Words cannot express the sheer level of disappointment and frustration I experienced while dealing with "Right Cars" Car Rental. This company is a prime example of how NOT to conduct business, and I strongly urge anyone considering renting from them to think twice and avoid this nightmare at all costs. Let me start by saying that "Right Cars" has absolutely no regard for their customers' well-being or financial security. When I arrived at their rental office, ready to pick up my supposedly affordable 50 euros car, I was greeted with an outrageous demand: a whopping 650 euros as a deposit. Are they out of their minds? It's beyond comprehension how they can justify such an exorbitant amount for a car that is worth a fraction of that deposit. As if their greed wasn't enough, "Right Cars" shamelessly refused to refund or provide any reasonable alternatives. Instead, they presented me with an ultimatum: pay an additional 80 euros for insurance or fork over a mind-boggling 500 euros as a deposit for a vehicle that should be barely worth the initial rental cost. This level of exploitation and disregard for customer satisfaction is simply disgraceful. It's clear that "Right Cars" Car Rental thrives on taking advantage of unsuspecting customers. Their outrageous deposit requirements and unwillingness to accommodate reasonable requests are not only unethical but also bordering on fraudulent practices. I cannot stress enough how important it is to steer clear of this company if you value your hard-earned money and want to avoid unnecessary stress and disappointment. In conclusion, "Right Cars" Car Rental is an absolute disaster of a company. They epitomize everything that is wrong with the car rental industry. Save yourself the headache, frustration, and financial burden by choosing a reputable car rental company that actually values its customers. "Right Cars" is simply not worth the time, money, or peace of mind you'll undoubtedly lose by dealing with them.

There was not an office at the airport. The website was misleading and said there was. The car was DIRTY upon pickup. There was a burned cigarette in the back seat. The attendant told me they did not have time to clean the car. Drop off was TORTURE. There was not anyone at the airport to receive the car. We called Ismail many times and he wouldn’t answer and when he did he was extremely rude and disrespectful. He REFUSED to come and get the car from us! He told us to leave the keys in the car and leave. I was not able to get a receipt or final walk through. I felt like he was scamming me to get the insurance money. I alerted the police at the airport.
