For the price we paid, I couldn’t complain. Was good value for money. Service was excellent but food was mediocre. Crew were excellent and spoke English. You will never go hungry. The food was ample but was mediocre. Entertainment limited and wifi doesn’t all allow you to access some social media. The best part was comfortable seats and bed (business class) with a screen to close out the rest of the cabin.

Good airline for the price. The Air stewardess are great, nothing is to much trouble. Will use again.

The flight was cancelled without any reason. But the next flight to Shanghai has to be cancelled to pay penalty.

You’re in the three parts of my life, the China Eastern air crew remembered and wish me happy birthday. I was given pastries on two different occasions and a complementary drink. The stew is wish me happy birthday and gave me a birthday card. Everything was first class. Thank you.

2 hours delay on the 1st plane out of the day!!!!!

Multiple delays, with no explanation. Caused us to almost miss our connector. The airline made no effort when we arrived in Shanghai to help us make it to our next flight with the same airline.

The flight was delayed for almost 5 hours, but I understand that it was not up to the company, however how they could handle the situation better, they never apologized for that delay, moreover despite passengers being there for 7 hours only thing they did was to give a bowl of instant noodles, afterwards on the plane tiny snacks, people were there starting from lunch time and we’ve arrived to destination at almost midnight

Flight was delayed for 2 hours for no reason, then we spent almost an hour after boarding because of the weather conditions. If we left on time we could avoid that 😾

Bad experience, delay like no tomorrow. Original schedule departure time at 9:30pm, delayed until 12:05am only depart.

Great. Very satisfied with a direct flight from Penang back to HK international. Stewards in the cabin were very friendly and helpful. Would not hesitate to fly with Air Asia in the future.

Second time flying on AirAsia. They’re fine for a low cost carrier, so I don’t expect high level hospitality. They could have informed us that the flight would be delayed even if by a few minutes, instead of the passengers asking the gate agents why we’re not boarding 8 minutes before takeoff. And given some of the passengers on this particular flight were problematic, the crew did great handling such people.

They didn't have a single blanket for hire for a long haul overnight flight. This wasn't good enough even for a budget airline

Kayak shares with you the best price! and in my case it was Air Asia flight. Air Asia flight was on time, the boarding was seamless with FACES technology at KLIA2 and the pilot made a great smooth landing upon arrival. Excellent trip!

My two luggage issue during my trip from kansai osaka to Shanghai. 1st booked tickets online, a iliitle hard time to follow all questions when I booked tickets. I haven't selected 2 luggage so that Spring Airline of osaka crew charged $181 US Dollar with my 2 luggage fee. Also, crew member mentioned I maybe be able to get money some back because I should got differe rate, the rate of luggage should was matched with tickets I ordered from edreams. I did try to access edream at the day I was changing my boarding pass. Therefore, I hope Kayak if can help me getting some my luggage fees back, I will appreciate a lot. Thank you, Jie egusa

This is a terrible airline. Worst seats I’ve ever encountered. Avoid at all costs!
