Happy attentive flight crew. All in all good flight the night flight works well. Getting into Mexico City early so you don't get caught up it all the immigration and custom ques, additionally, this helps when exiting the airport and crossing the city to your final destination. All works very well and would do it again

Great airplane The confort was within the high standards. My only little problem was That all the movies ( only 3) was on Spanish, even though I was selecting the audio on English it didn't happen. After that I highly recommend aeromexico

We were sitting on the plane for half an hour before we arrived at the gate after landing. We had to wait half an hour to collect our luggage.

Made payment for extra baggage online. When I got to check-in, they made me pay again. Lesson learned - Dont buy extra luggage allowence online, only pay at check-in.

Good experience with Turkish Airlines. We will be back with Turkish in the future and look forward to upgraded business class on the 777 beginning in 2025 and on the Airbus 350 now.

Overnight flight in the old style Business class, but still very good.

Excellent service and comfort from the moment you check in. Flight crew is hyper focused on making passengers comfortable and at ease. It’s like a flying hotel!

It was a nightmare. I booked business class ticket from Ediburgh to Beirut via Istanbul to attend a funeral. I had a wonderful experience flying to Istanbul from Edinburgh. Then I could not get a boarding pass issued to Beirut. It seems that although they booked me and I had a reservation number, I had no seat allocated and the flight was full. I was asked to go from one desk to another and made to wait for 2 hours. I missed my flight as I did not have a seat assigned and it was full. The only option was to put me on the next flight, 6 hours later, for a fee of over $400. They said that was the best they can do to 'help me' and to 'take it or leave it'. Well, I was not about to be bullied; I stood my ground. I booked and paid premium for the journey, which was confirmed. The eventually accepted to not charge me extra and i waited a total of over 8 hours in the airport with no compensation. On top of my grief with the risk of missing the funeral service, I had to put up with their indifference and condescending attitude. They spoke about me in Turkish thinking I would not understand (I hold a British passport) in front of me. When they eventually handed my passport and boarding pass back to me, I showed them I was born in Istanbul and that I understood everything and said a condescending 'thank you' back to them in Turkish. You should have seen their faces. I said that consumers have rights and it is a shame that Turkish Airlines does not have good customer service to at least acknowledge and apologize for errors committed by the airline. Blaming the me, the client, for such an error and placing unreasonable ultimatums, rudeness and dismissiveness to be rid of me, particularly when I was vulnerable and visibly grieving was really shocking... The airline taints the city of Istanbul and the people of Türkiye. Such a shame.

Okay experience, seats had a very poor legroom and width. Very uncomfortable for long journeys.

A good airline, but at checking in, they allocated seats for my wife, and I far away from each other, and to change them, they wanted a payment, such a bad policy, it leaves a bitter taste in the mouth All was good on the plane, good food, but the air hostess was abrupt and a bit rough dealing with the passengers, but one has to find excuses for staff working under pressure

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent flight experience I had with your airline. This has been one of the worst travel experiences I have ever encountered, and I feel compelled to bring it to your attention. Firstly, I missed my flight due to what I perceive to be a lack of clear communication and coordination on the part of your staff. There was no remorse or apology from the airline's representatives, which further exacerbated the situation. As a result of missing my flight, I was subjected to a 24-hour delay at the airport, where I had to spend a significant amount of money to rent a hotel room and cover other incidental expenses. Additionally, since my baggage was already checked in from Tanzania to Turkey, I had to purchase essential items for the 24-hour period. What truly dismayed me, however, was the discourteous and unprofessional attitude of your staff. Their lack of empathy and understanding only added to the stress and inconvenience of the situation. I have been traveling abroad for over 20 years, and I can confidently say that this experience has been the worst I have ever encountered. As a result, I am compelled to reconsider ever using your airline again for future travel. I strongly urge you to address the issues I have raised and take immediate steps to rectify the situation. Additionally, I expect a formal apology and a refund for the expenses I incurred due to the airline's negligence.

My mother got sick and dying and i have to change my flight and they charged me $2260 that is redisclose.

Good. Madrid to SFO was way better than ARN to Madrid. Mercifully, the seats to Madrid didn't recline. So although there was no leg room, your knees didn't get crushed

Other than a late takeoff (not British Airways fault) and some delays with baggage, it was a terrific flight. The crew in business class was superb and the seat and accommodations clean and modern. Could not have asked for more.

Seats comfortable on economy plus and attendants very helpful. Food was ok. Bathrooms needed servicing.

I paid for premium economy but BA oversold the seats and we ended up being downgraded. Not acceptable given how much we paid for the flight. We were also separated to 2 different areas so not only did we not get the service we paid for, we didn’t even get to sit together. I’m not happy at this treatment by BA because of corporate greed.

Original flight was cancelled - After waiting 2 hours for new take-off times. Then had to stand in line for 3 hours, ending at 2:30 am - to be told, " No hotel rooms anywhere in Dallas". No way for me to get any rest at DFW at that time of night.

Boarding process was chaotic and disorganized. The plane needs updating in the interior. Things are broken, worn out, and dated

Fast check in, easy to navigate, crew were very good, the plane was delayed due to a previous flight and I found the cleanliness a little lacking but overall it was fine

My worst flying experience so far. This flight was delayed a total of 42 hours and diverted to New York before it was finally cancelled. It was delayed 4 and a half hours in London. As we were scanning our boarding passes at the gate they advised that the flight was being diverted to JFK since the delays caused us to missed the open hours for Charlotte international customs and immigration. We were assured multiple times by airport personnel, flight attendants, and the Pilot that we would land at JFK go through customs and immigration and then reboard the plane to fly to Charlotte in the same night. When we landed in New York the pilot advised us as we were retrieving our carry on luggage that we were delayed till 10am the next morning and to see guest services to get a room for the night. During this time I had to purchase a room for a family member in Charlotte which drove over 4 and a half hours to pick us up from Charlotte. This could have been avoided if American Airlines had been up front about the delay. Then after standing in line for over 2 and a half hours at guest services we were taken by taxi to a hotel 30 minutes out of the way. Luckily I looked for other flights that night and found one at 8 am to get on. The initial flight which we were scheduled to fly to charlotte in was delayed 12 more times and was finally cancelled 42 hours after it was supposed to land. I am unaware of what happened to the guest that were supposed to fly on the flight after we were placed on another flight but 42 hours in delays for a direct flight is absolutely ridiculous.

The boarding to Gatwick was a breeze but the boarding from Gatwick was a nightmare. The onboard service to Gatwick had a lot to be desired but the onboard sevice from Gatwick was amazing ! Very nice,friendly and funny ! Would I recommend BA to anyone.? ! Yes I would!

Really quick check in and security at Heathrow Terminal 5. Staff on board were lovely and very friendly. Could have provided a few more drinks on the flight but they were available at the back of the plane.

Flight boarded and took off late for unknown reasons. Crew insisted we check our hand luggage due to full flight, which it was not even close to full. Then had to wait almost an hour a and a half for the hand luggage to come onto the luggage belt since it was loaded last. This came after many hours of traveling pregnant with my 6 year old daughter. Really didn’t appreciate the unnecessary delays. What the hell?

Left late. Crowded like cattle. Standing and waiting. Food on board getting worse.

Terrible- the flight time was delayed and then I was denied boarding because I arrived at the new time of departure

Flight delayed an hour due to plane maintenance issues after getting in line to board. Issue was plane galley ovens which eliminated hot meals for overseas flight. Cold selections were limited due to availability. Drink and meal service (already an hour delayed) was very slow. Upon arrival in Nashville, had to sit at gate for about 15 minutes before disembarking with no explanation. Local police then boarded plane as we were disembarking so maybe that was the issue.

Boarding good. Seats uncomfortable when lie flat. Food was awful. Tasted stale and chicken was dry. No live tv or flight map. Had to pay for internet.

Poor technical details on this plane. 1) There was no WiFi on an 8 hour long-haul flight. So no work could be done. That's below the standard expected for airlines these days. 2) The power outlet at my seat was busted and not working. 3) The headphone jack was loose and I had to keep adjusting my headphones to get good reception, or when it slipped out. - The flight was delayed to due mechanics. Sometimes this can't be avoided, I understand, and it's a big inconvenience to arrive that much later when traveling across time zones (then arriving at 4am from the prior time zone). - Also unique to this flight, the northern lights were visible on the right side of the aircraft, but I only found out after we landed (b/c again no wifi). I understand there are considerations about people being out of their seats to look, but I feel extremely disappointed and resentful that I wasn't told so that I could have a chance to look at this probably once-in-a-lifetime cosmic event from a view in the sky. - Flight crew was otherwise friendly and helpful.

Our flight was delayed by over 6 hours. We then had to deplane, stay overnight in a hotel then fly out the next day, 23 hours late.
