Everything was great until it came time to pick up our luggage. We arrived in orly airport terminal 1, our luggage arrived in terminal 2. No signs to tell us, we waited for almost an hour before someone figured it out.

All in all is not bad, but the boarding by walking outside in the airport airplanes area in the wind and rain to go up the stairs to board the plane that’s too much inconvenient. Hopefully that will change and we use the normal gates at the airport to board the plane! Thank you!
The plane was 5 1/2 hours late. Scheduled for 19.50 take off - Actual take off 01.30am
The flight was delayed again. I had a bad experience with Wizz Air, and I don't want to travel with them again.
Wizz is the worst airline in the world, The firm behavior is similar to the Italian mafia, For booking, check in at the desk and not on line that charge 48euro each, the truly that was included in the confirmation is only half way the continuous flight after the connection is not included although ordered together as on flight with one stop,(no direct flight), they asked for another 58euro each, unbelievable behavior of the staff, actually you feel threatened by them, as I said Italian mafia. Last time ever in my life. Keep out of this airline and enjoy your vacation.
Pierwszy raz odbyłam tak pozytywny lot. Uprzejma, świetna załoga. Kapitana lotu W6 1771 z 6.01.2024, pozytywnie zaskoczył wyraźnym kontaktem i ciekawostkami na temat lotu, jak i informacja o zorzy polarnej zachęcając do zobaczenia przez okana. After the flight. Waiting to long to get off the plane
Very very very…… uncomfortable seats /does nor reclain/ and so little space /this was 5:30 hours flight- and quite expensive no longer low cost airline/ 5:30 hours flight and no water or snacks was offered anly very expensive sales.
Was denied to enter the previous plane so couldnt make it to this one
Got rejected to enter the plane because i took calming pills. Im scared of flying and i always take it since 12 years and it was never a problem with other airlines.

Boarding was with buses, but they let people without priority boarding before people with priority boadring.

Flight delayed by almost two hours. On boarding we were hold in the transfer bus, with no air conditioning and almost 40 degree C outside, in front of the airplane for a long time.
The system of checkin by online only not good at all.. Because not everyone knows how to to do it and when the people go the airport without checking online it charge him, this really unfair 55 Euro this too much for nothing.. Thanks
