Everything was great except food . It as okay not good not bad
The plane was good - on time! But can the stewardesses smile or actually be nice - not to bark the commands
This time, I traveled in the economy, and it was surprisingly better than the eco-premium (food, comfort, and crew were noticeably worse in premium!)
Edelweiss is now Nickle&dimming, not even a complimentary wine on the intercontinental flight. Sitting space is the smallest I have ever seen.
Lots of water brought around by staff which is very important to stay hydrated on a long flight. There provided swiss chocolate icecream! The attention to detail is obvious. They really want to make their passengers entertained and comfortable.
Flight was cancelled due to technical problems with the aircraft. It would be nice if SWISS would invest in new aircraft; that would for sure minimize the technical issues with (old) aircrafts.
overall the flight was good and we were happy they waited for us. However, our luggage didn t make it and this caused us a lot of problems.
Ghe issue was with the delay caused by the late boarding. We had to run to catch our next flight, barely made it and then our luggage didn t arrive with us. Really bad organizing.
It was not made clear that additional passport control is needed before queueing up for boarding. The seats were very uncomfortable and cramped even for small persons. The arm rests were not fully capable of lifting up out of the way and the media controls cut-out made them even worse to lean on. Just one audio channel was working on one of our seats.
Boarding was easy and well organized, Breakfast was not very good.
Staff are really not attentive. Seem rather disinterested in attending to the customers in general.
The connection to LYON was very tight. The flight was nearly finished boarding when we got to the gate
My luggage is lost! I waited in Denver co and seen nothing almost lost my flight due to waiting for my bags and still nothing I hope to contact customer service today hope they find it
Air Dolomiti personnel were very nice as ever. Got nicked for 80 euros for my bag; something I didn’t agree to when I booked… What’s up with that?
I liked that the chairs don't go back too far. I did not like the entertainment system, which was really terrible by industry standards. The crew were unpleasant. The main meal was terrible, the morning meal was quite good.
I did not like that they failed to put my luggage on my connecting flight to Athens. I was promised it would be located and delivered within 2 days but later told there was no information on its location. This caused me to have unplanned for expenses because I then had to purchase new clothing to wear on my vacation. I did not receive my luggage until my return flight home. I will not be traveling with them again.
Absolutely the most awful experience in the history of service from gate agents to baggage handlers. Never will i use kayak or Lufthansa again. Ever.
Lufthansa was a great airline. Good communication on what to do at 3:00 am in the morning. I had a 6:00 am flight and when I arrived at the airport there were no attendants. But I remember reading info that told where I was supposed to go. My flight from Munich to Chicago was delayed by 30 minutes. I was very happy with that. Would definitely fly with Lufthansa again!
No internet, very narrow seats insufficient room for three passengers with encroachment.
The seats of the Boeing 787-10 Dreamliner were ridiculously uncomfortable. I was on 10 flights during this vacation and this plane was super uncomfortable both times I was on one whereas all of the others were perfectly fine. Additionally, these planes do not have any air vents that passengers can control, the climate is entirely controlled by the crew which made for an extremely uncomfortable temperature for the duration. The flight attendants tried to make everyone happy with the temperature but several people you could tell were excessively warm and just wanted a bit of airflow.
Everything was fine except not posting the gate number until 14 minutes before boarding. In an airport the size of Heathrow, that was unacceptable.
We already had a five hour layover in London, and then they cancelled our flight about half hour before we were due to board. They wouldn't give us access to the lounge and hanging around the extremely busy terminal for another three hours until our next flight was crappy. 8 hours in a busy terminal is awful. The least they could have done was give us access to one of their quiet, comfortable lounges for the inconvenience. I heard from others that they do this a lot -- cancel these short flights if they're not completely full. When we got onto the next flight it was absolutely packed and uncomfortable. Just very disappointing. British Airways used to be a great airline to fly with, but it doesn't feel that way at all now.

Staff with low service level, forgetful. Temperature at 15 C and after asking twice to raise the temperature the crew did nothing.
They took good care of me on the plane and had it not been for handicap assistance I would definitely had missed my connecting flight . Not BA fault but The airport security instead . Two hours is way too long for security
The least comfortable business class seat I have encountered for a while - very very firm when reclined making sleeping difficult. Cost cutting is visible everywhere - no offer to refill drinks (the wines were not good - so no real issue there :) ) Just not worth what BA charge

They had about 20-25 people overbooked. Including me. Why is this?? I was put on a flight to NC an hour later with a 4 hour layover. I was supposed to be home at 1045am instead i was home at 7:30pm. An extra day to pay for dog care.
