I had back trouble prior to my flight and everyone was great about helping me.

The free wi-fi was great. But, the flight delay was not sustainable. It definitely impacted people schedules and JetBlue didn’t do anything to compensate clients for it

Non operational toilet, non operational charging outlets and my air didn’t work.

Surly, unhelpful ground staff at JFK. There was a complete lack of empathy—a flawed check-in ordeal caused us to miss our flight. All airlines that I have ever flown would have worked to help me solve the ticket problem. Instead, frontline employees shrugged their shoulders and pointed fingers at us for having made an error. I will do anything to avoid EVER flying on Jet Blue again. It well deserves its low rank among airlines.

no wifi and the aircraft was very old with tiny 4” screens.

One hour delayed departure resulted in problems with planned ground transportation at my destination.

On-time departure, smooth ride for sure. All was good except, once again, there was no movies/TV as it wasn’t functioning.

We were very impressed by the crew. They were professional and friendly, making for a very pleasant experience. Because the aircraft was relatively small, everyone interacted with the same small number of crew members.

If jet blue is going to offer tv at every seat, fix the headphone connection so you can hear. Haven’t had a usable headphone jack in years

Check in machines at airport didn't work in both directions. Always needed manual intervention by an agent, which was very frustrating

Didn't like that we couldn't be seated together or seated away from the stinking toilets or check in on line. All rather poor.

It was late leaving but made up time in the air.

This time my experience was superior! Much better and improved from after the COVID-19. I hope they maintain the same. Earlier, service (specially crew attitude) was awful and sometime rude, but this time, crew was very welcoming, respectful and ready to serve. I will definitely repeat :-)

Headphones for the movies have too much bass and can't be adjusted. Almost impossible to hear. Great movie selections but can't really watch them because you can't hear them. Also the system is very slow.

The flight attendant bumped into me repeatedly time and time again, throughout the entire flight, preventing me from getting any rest. He seemed unaware of his actions and I was very close to saying something, but I didn't because I don't believe he would have understood or altered his behaviour. It was very irritating

There is no reason for a 5 hour flight, the only option is purchased food and free drinks. The airline should at least offer free chips, peanut, etc and then the option to purchase additional food

Mostly crew good and the flight was safe and comfortable but service was lacking. For an overnight flight of 8hrs 50 it took some two hours to get served a drink and dinner after take off. I asked for Laurent Perrier champagne and was brought Perrier water, which I queried and asked where was the champagne. No response. The issue came up again an hour later when dinner was starting to be served and I was asked whether I wanted another drink, when I reminded I was still waiting for my first champagne! Apologies ensued but dinner service was quite slow. For breakfast I never did get served the hot course! So - no complaints and compliments on the safety of the flight but service underwhelming (and I brought them candies!)

The crowding at the gate to get on is ridiculous.

Very bad experience, probably will never use this airline again unless I have too. In the airport in Chicago made us buy a return ticket otherwise would not let us fly to Belize and stated that the Belizean Immigration will not allow Americans to come in without a return ticket or a Belizean supervising the travelers which turn out to be untrue. The staff were very rude and unprofessional and we almost lost our flight until the supervisor who was Hispanic and we spoke with him in Spanish and helped us and still had to buy an expensive round trip ticket. This was a very bad experience and we made a mistake by booking with Air Canada, usually using the AA and never had this issue.

Very bed boarding, there was overbooked and make a lot of problems and noises

On my way from Chicago to London, I was seated next to a quite heavy passenger. I could barely move. BA should have ensured that overweight customers are placed in comfortable seats and not to penalize also other passengers because BA is not willing to accommodate these passengers and their needs. No respect at all.

I truly don't think there was anything that could have been better. How is that for an endorsement?! I'm a firm fan of BA now, with two flights in the past 2 months. Keep up the great work! And thank you!

New airport for me. A little confusing.bunable to use kiosk for boarding pass. Agent checking us in was professional but not very friendly.

Taking off and landing were smooth. I didn't have anything to complain about.

The flight as far as timings go was excellent. Unfortunately we ended up sat with someone on a night flight who had been drinking alcohol before boarding and BA staff were happily serving him more alcohol. He was very drunk which made our flight uncomfortable and awkward. My partner had this person lying on him whilst asleep. Alcohol should be served minimally. If there had been an emergency this person would not have been in a fit state to act accordingly.

The sad case is that BA is often late. I missed my connection outbound and then was rebooked in another biz class seat some 10 hours later. I opted to change to economy (no compensation refunded of course) that was only 5 hours later. On the return journey, once again changing planes was very challenging. This time we landed only a little bit late, but deplaning took a long time so the connection was very much in doubt. Some serious running and sweat later, I managed to make the connection but my luggage did not. No messages about the missing luggage, so I had to wait until the entire bag return process was over before seeking out an agent. There was only one and well over 50 passengers waiting to speaking with her. She was quite pleasant, but it took 1 hour and 45 minutes from touchdown to leaving the airport.

First time flying with BA and I will do it again. Staff at airport and on board were very nice and helpful

BA charged me 70 euros for one bag on my return after having recognized my frequent flier status and charging me nothing for the same bag on the outbound. Their employees are not well trained and rules are inconsistently applied.

I couldn’t select my seat until I checked in at the airport. Extremely difficult to talk to a customer service representative. Also, the gate announcement doesn’t appear until less than an hour before boarding.
