My van that was reserved and pre paid in advance was given away due to my flight being delayed. Imagine the person in front of you in line is discussing how a van just became available as you stand there asking if the van being given away was yours. And yes it's in fact your van. Then no vans were left to rent and you have to rent a hotel and hope a van becomes available the next day. Fingers crossed as you are in a foreign country not knowing what to do next. I was also awake at that point over 26 hours. Tired exhausted and jet lagged. So my experience was 10 out of 10 the worst case scenario.

Despite having a booking i was told they had no cars, so they made me go to multiple locations back and forth before they would confirm and provide me a car. it took me 5-6 hours to resolve the issue with the agents. One agent at Frankfurt Oest location blatantly lied to me that they had no cars despite them having cars. Then asked me to go to FRA airport to get a car, when i went there they said mu booking was with the Oest location so i should go back there for my car and confirmed that location indeed has cars. So i again went back to the East end store and got a car. i had originally booked a Auto trans car but finally they ended up giving me a manual car and called it an upgrade!! when i finally left the car office it was ~1:30am. they assured me they will call and give me another car but they never gave me the replacement. terrible company and customer support, no help whatsoever from their team!

Wenn ich wochenlang Testa-Nutzungs E-Mails bekomme, erwarte ich auch einen Tesla beim Abholen. Mir wurde eine anderes E-Auto angeboten, aber der Kofferraum war nicht ausreichend. Der angebotene MB E220D war dann am anderen Endes des Angebotsspekturms. Er lies sich aber sehr gut fahren.

Great new car with Bluetooth CarPlay, charging ports (USB-A). It was a plug-in hybrid, and we were not given any instructions on how to charge it. We returned it with an empty batter and were not charged extra (just had to fill it with gasoline). Pickup at Frankfurt airport was a mess. They did not have enough cars ready. We wound up getting one after about 45-60 minutes total time in line. They didn’t have enough agents, and the ones there were very nice but didn’t control the crowds well, who started trying to cut in line. Other than the very stressful check-in, the rest of the experience couldn’t have been better

Everything was fine the pick up and drop off except that I booked a Seat Ateca or similar and i got a Fiat tipo which is smaller but they insisted thats its the same category the boot space in the Seat Ateca is 510 liters while its 440 in the Fiat.. In addition to that the car is smaller than the Seat. As i said everything was good except that i dont think i got an intermediate SUV. As i always encounter if the selected car is not available i should be upgraded not downgraded. Thank you
