8.0 Very Good
Pros:Cabin temperature was comfortable. Flight attendants were friendly. At check-in I was given the option to add a second cabin bag and have priority boarding for only €7. Ryanair sent me a text message reminder to check in on-line, or else I would have had to pay extra at the airport.
Cons:I do not like the bus connections from the gate to the airplane. It is always a hassle and people are packed in the buses like sardines. I understand that Ryanair is a budget airline, but they should offer free beverages.

3.0 Poor
Cons:We were traveling across Europe with no access to internet. We trued to check in night before from hotel, we had a week connection. Thought we will do it from airport just like the United States. However, due to long line, wemissed tbe two hour window and were charged 55 euro per person. There was 5 of us. Therewere 5 of us. We felt cheTed and scorged.

Cons:Cramped seats and did not recline.

2.0 Poor
Cons:The app wasn’t working to check in. We arrived to the airport 1.5 hrs early only for them to tell us that there would be a $56 charge for not checking in 2 hours ahead of time. This is absurd. Almost as much as our ticket to Mallorca. Not okay. They were so rude to us and I dont trust that they will do this again to us. It’s a scam in my opinion. Definitely read all of the fine print or they will rip you off. Oh! And we paid for PRIORITY boarding. Psh

Pros:The best thing with the flight was the seat, which is very mediocre.

6.8 Okay
Pros:Plane wasn’t fully booked so allowed for swift boarding and disembarking
Cons:The reintroduction of ‘quiet flights’, 2 years okay Ryanair has a big campaign, no announcements other than for safety before 0800 and after 2100. So people could rest on early morning and late night flights - this stoped some time ago. With no advertising.!
