The flight was wonderful, especially the special assistance from airplane to airplane!
Dinner was excellent - beef stew, the eggs for breakfast were only ok. It was soooo nice that there were so many options for movies and games.
No pillows provided. Chaotic boarding. No inflight entertainment. Flight arrived 25 minutes late.
Flight was very late, meaning a missed connection in Frankfurt, and staff completely unhelpful or just absent. Handicap accommodations, reserved in advance, somehow never made it through the system for the second trip in a row!
Generally everything was OK,except the food but that seems to be a normal tendency for all the airlines nowadays
Boarding process non existent. No WiFi. No entertainment. Cramped old plane. Worst Kosher meal ever presented on a flight.
My only complaint would be that we paid for insurance in case we needed to change our flights. However we still had to pay to change and was not helped on either travel parties. I would like a refund for my change fees as indicated in our insurance plans.
Luftansa customer support on the phone were terrible. The flight itself was good. The crew were good.
The Business Class seating did not stack up to other airlines that we've experienced. There was no privacy and the seats in recline for sleeping were not well padded and comfortable. There was no mattress pad provided either. The crew was not as respectful and accommodating. We have no specific complaints regarding the crew except to say we've been treated noticeably better on other airlines, for example, British Airlines. Lastly, we were immensely disappointed when we got to the Denver airport as our flight was significantly delayed, granted, due to a lightning strike in a nearby airport, but what made this worse was our discovery that we could not use the United lounge for the 3 1/2 hour delay. We were told our Business Class tickets could only be used for outgoing overseas flights. This left us scrambling to eat the sad restaurant offers at the Denver airport. All in all, we would not book another Business Class flight on Lufthansa.
The distance between seats was narrow. So my recommendation is to increase it

flight delayed, no information given until late on, Ryanair app said "on time" until 5 minutes before expected departure time, crew rushed us to board, when it was already 3 hours late
I got denied boarding bevause they said they "ran out of seats on a plane"
Speakers were blaring. It's like being in a Moroccan market and you keep getting shouted at with what's for sale
Due to long security check and no last call announcements from Gate staff, my family and 12 other passengers missed the flight.
What can you say Ryanair get you there,no frills Not so cheap anymore ..... but what is now days! Would use again as always. Good flight times for us.
3 hours delay, non comunicated until past the time of original boarding, no assistance, witnessed land crew shouting at a passenger
