Fine. It was a 25 minute ride in a tiny plane that left 20 mins late

The only issue was a short window to make my connecting flight, and nobody to assist me in finding my way to the next gate.

This is my first time flying Aegean Air and I had a great first time experience. I will fly this airline again.

There was not any food and I didn't use the entertainment

Just ok. No much of a great travel experience. If you need point A to B they are ok.

More leg room, great if crew could move people before flight (ie if 3 in a row, offer to move 1 or 2 to an empty 3 seat row rather than let people move themselves after takeoff

Flight was late, boarding totally chaotic, seat uncomfortable, food good, attendants and pilots good.

Priority transfer bag left behind in Amsterdam causing extreme difficulty and inconvenience on arrival destination Athens

Never heard about them before and was surprised how organized and efficient they are.

These were tickets purchased with a stolen credit card number.

Seriously, every airline needs to improve their boarding procedures. Even though Sky Express boarded the furtheredt seats from the door first, it was still disappointing that it took so long to board.

Cannot take it dur to the delayed first flight. Staff at the desk very unfriendly.

A coffee at 7 am in the morning would have been nice.

We hope that soon Sky Express will have the entire airplane fleet refreshed. More new airplanes to fill the gap and expand further direct flights to new airports. Crew acts responsibly and kind, which is even more important at this pandemic period.

I was going to miss my connecting flight with sky Express also and the people in the office said they couldn't help me book another flight for the next day, but that I had to wait until anthens and go their office to help me. Other people on staff were friendly though.

Boarding, comfort, food/drinks, entertainment and most of all an extremely courteous and friendly group of flight attendants made my 12 hour flight an absolute joy!

Touchscreens do not work. WiFi did not work. Food is possibly the worst on any European airline. Drinks came by only four times on a cross-Atlantic. The plane was two hours late because—it was announced—Lufthansa didn't have enough large aircraft in their fleet to accommodate an on-time flight.

Another 35 min delay landing No apology no communication or acknowledgment about this

The most horrific experience we had with the airline that we had in our life Everything was substandard at best. For just one hot tea they charged 4 euros We paid for Lufthansa months in advance ,to get there they didn’t have us in record and after 4 and a half hours layover we almost we got one seat at the first row and one in the back of the plane On top of that our suitcase was seriously damaged and it’s unusable. Here we are halfway around the world in foreign language having to fix this on our vacation time Would you kindly and quickly resolve this matter

Already stated....flights were fine. Late luggage a disappointment and failure my Lufthansa to get my bag delivered in a timely fashion.

Luggage took nearly 2 hours to come out. Terrible airport service in Malaga.

Checking in for ongoing flight from Singapore could not be done in the UK. This meant we were not sure whether we had seats together or in the right place. This needs sorting!!

Food was OK.. nothing to rave about but it was tasty enough. Many choices to choose from for entertainment. Seats tight but comfortable. Flight attendants cheerful & helpful.

This flight space was way better than our international flight. Efficient boarding and comfortable

A350 has great entertainment. Make sure to watch the plane's external tail and nose camera's on landing and take off. Seats were a little hard for a 10 hour flight. I am gluten intolerant, they had good alternative meals for me on the flight.
