Cons: "The communication or overall handling of the Origin airport staff with the Mexico City staff. Was told COVID test was acceptable in DGO and was not able to fly from MEX to ORD due to “invalid PCR test”"

Iberia personnel on the ground is so rude. I would think twice in the future before booking another Iberia flight
Seats, comfort level ugh. Crew was not attentive, only to coach
All corners have been cut and it’s a cheap experience that no longer is distinguished from most other cheap airlines
The entertainment system got stuck in the ABBA music channel. The headsets were not loud enough. My pre purchased aisle seat was not honoured

I can’t comment on food as it was necessary to buy it. No entertainment.
Everything was fantastic except the Iberia website and app… they left a lot of questions and induced much stress. But once on the plane, all was awesome.
Premium economy class is pathetic. Rubbed shoulders with passenger next to me all flight. Only about 20 passengers in that class but they ran out of one food option shortly after started serving the main meal. Flight attendant was curt and acted annoyed when asked any questions.
